Fantastic service

How telecoms should be! We left our old provider because of very poor customer service and Wayv have been brilliant, highly recommended. Thanks to Anna, Tom, Ben and the rest of the team for the fantastic service!

I feel valued as a customer

What a brilliant customer experience! Anna's sales were helpful and non-pushy, and Ben's installation was thoughtful, considerate, patient, and so helpful. They understand our needs as a client and have taken the time to make sure everything is the best it can be. Nothing has been too much trouble and I feel valued as a customer.

Amazing service

From my initial conversation with Anna who was very informative. Everything she promised happened. The Engineers were very efficient, we hardly knew there were in the building, everything went so smoothly. Ben was very patient, giving all staff training on the new system leaving us all feeling confident and happy with the installation.
I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Brilliant service from start to finish

Brilliant service from start to finish. From meeting Anna at first to speaking to Tom, James & Ben on the phone & then Ben & Jez fitting the whole system they was all absolutely amazing & so friendly. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

A breath of fresh air for the Telecoms…

A breath of fresh air for the Telecoms industry. After almost every telecoms call you get is someone supposedly from "BT" talking twaddle, these people are very different! A great experience with all staff I've dealt with, very efficient and knowledgeable. Great price and service levels I've not come across before. Well Done Wayv.

Wayv are outstanding!

Great company and staff

Took me some time to choose a company to install a new system in our offices as i had a bad experience with BT . Wayv have been fantastic from start to finish .They have took over our broadband and phone system .Uninstalled the old equipment seamlessly. The bills have been as described and when ever i call the office they answer strait away .Would strongly recommend

A great start to a new provider

We have just joined Wavy & if my recent experience of their support is anything to go by, I think this is going to be tremendous. I rang the Wavy Support line to flag an issue with our lines (we couldn't hear callers when they rang us). The call was answered by Ben who took immediate action, checked lines and identified the issue. We were back up and running in less than 5 minutes. Historically compared to our previous provider this service is far faster and more efficient, thanks Wavy

Great company, great work ethos

Well we have given you 5stars even though there is always room for improvement lol.
I'm going to apologise for not getting your name even though I've made your brews all day. The gentleman was really friendly, just cracked straight on with the installation. Everything seems to be running smoothly. He was very clear demonstrating how to use the equipment. Great system, great engineer and from reading the reviews the customer service team are great too. Would definitely recommend :)

Great Start

We have just taken delivery of our new phone system installed by the very knowledgeable Sean. The team have been open and honest about the service they provide and so far so good. We look forward to a long and trouble free experience with the company, which is something we did not get from our last provider.

A great team and service to work with!

Wayv's service is great from start to finish. The whole switching-process is done seamlessly without critical-downtime in service and you're kept updated by their team along each step of the way.

We had our new phone system installed…

We had our new phone system installed today.
From start to finish it has been stress free!
Had great communication from Sophie in the office, explaining everything that would happen and
Our engineer Sean has been fantastic!
He has fully explained everything very simply, been really patient and made the changeover flawless.

Lightening Fast Internet

Quick Install and up and running within minutes (switchover from last supplier). Even at the remote location of our office building, the speed is amaaaaazing. Only issue now is that everyone in the office is watching Netflix and not working! oops! : ) .... Would recommend the services. Good work guys.

Nothing was too much trouble!!

We switched to Wayv having had a terrible experience with our previous provider.

From agreeing over the phone to installation was only a few days. The switch was seamless with no downtime either with our phone system or the subsequent switch with the broadband.

Aftersales support has been great, any questions on how to use the system are answered immediately over the phone.

Great overall experience

Great overall experience!
John and Liam explained all of the services properly and clearly. Sophie followed up with all paperwork and schedule for works. Sean the engineer was brilliant. He ensured all works were completed with no interruption to our services, and explained the whole setup in easy to understand terms. Thanks guys!!

Installation was simple

Installation was simple, pleasant engineer that visited worked around us and nothing was too much trouble.

Everything that we were told by Anna when we ordered the system has been correct. The phone system is modern, clean looking and easy to use.

Small business needs flexible, fast solutions and support

As a small business we wanted to work with a supplier who could react quickly to our fast growth, to provide top quality service at a reasonable cost, without having to wait weeks for somebody to assist us. In terms of the relationship we have now with Wayv, service is second to none. Our dealings, particularly with Liam, Ben and Ryan have given us total confidence. With Wayv's VOIP phone solution, we have been easily able to configure our business, and Wayv's support has allowed us to move to new, bigger premises safe in the knowledge that first rate, fast support is always available.
Forget the big players, we would never go back. Its Wayv for us all the way!

Promises fulfilled and no glitches

We don't tend to switch providers very often so we were nervous about doing so when we made the switch to Wayv. Talk. Ultimately we had no reason to worry , everything happened as promised , there was no down time and everything worked. The promised improvements in our costs have been absolutely realised and perhaps most importantly the service and support has been excellent , something that was vital when lock down happened and we needed to ensure our phone systems worked seamlessly from home. Based on our experience I'd have no hesitation in recommending Ryan Ben and the rest of the team.
