Installers arrived on time

Installers arrived on time, were efficient and tidy. They made sure everything was working properly and helped connect our mobiles. to the internet. My only disappointment was having the outside box fitted to the front of the property

Quick service.

They contacted my management company for permission. They contacted Sky for disconnection. One week later I’m connected to W.F.
Very helpful customer service nothing too much trouble. And half the price of Sky.

Excellent back up ..
I had a problem connecting to service when I rang customer services my call was answered straight away I was advised how to re connect to the system by a very friendly helpful member of staff , now that is very unusual these days but not at wight fibre ,
Great to have a local service with great local back up

Technician didn’t do the job properly

Technician didn’t do the job properly. Did not connect properly. When previous supplier switched off unable to get television. When queried by telephone unable to get anyone out as an emergency. We are vulnerable and I have just had a stroke. I did not need the stress

Great service

Great service. No drop out problems, with the parental control l can control the amount of time my kids can access the Internet.
Reasonably priced. Much better value than Sky or BT.

Wightfibre are not longer the company they used to be. I would never use them again.

Wightfibre broadband service has been slow and unreliable despite me paying for 500mbps speeds for the last 2 years. It has prevented me from working from home over this period.
Customer services in relation to my complaint has been very poor.
I felt I was being fobbed off by managers. I was told different things by different people within the company.
I decided to use Wightfibre as I used them many years ago. At this time the customer service was excellent. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. I am so disappointed to have to now go to the Ombudsman to resolve my complaint at a time that I could do without this additional stress. Consumers please be aware!!!

Thank you for your feedback.

As per our previous communications, it was evidenced that over the 2-year period, you were receiving speeds of 500Mbps+ to your equipment internally, most of the time. However, we acknowledge that there were several days (26 to be exact) where the speed dropped below 100Mbps due to the cable between devices operating at half duplex. This issue was promptly addressed and the cable was replaced for you once we were informed. We also identified that throughout this 2 year period, we were not informed of the issue as you had not contacted us. Once you'd raised the concern with us last month, it was promptly addressed.

We have offered a very generous goodwill gesture to compensate for the period during which you were not receiving the full speeds due to the cable issue. Additionally, we noticed that the speed tests you provided were conducted using 4G and not our WightFibre internet service.

Wightfibre internet

Signing for Wightfibre was easy , any questions answered straight away, always polite. We had 2 guys come and sort our internet, tidy and polite , explaining everything they were doing. All sorted in the time said. Best internet connection we have ever had.

Fantastic!

We arranged for the engineer to attend our new home and they hit a problem with groundworks and needed to come back. As both of us work from home not having internet would have been a disaster. Wightfibre delivered a temporary solution the next day which worked perfectly. They then returned and installed the permanent broadband. We have lots of devices on at home and the speed of broadband is fantastic. Our experience has been amazing with both customer service and the broadband itself. Highly recommend!

10x the speed at a 3rd the price

After eventually getting it installed, I am extremely happy with the service. It's 10x the speed we had with BT at a 3rd of the price. Go figure!!
The install was carried out by a professional, friendly team, quickly and tidily.

A great internet provider

They have been incredibly helpful and accommodating at every point. I could not recommend them enough currently as they seem to always ensure that any issues I have faced when it comes to my connection be resolved quickly and efficiently while also having great customer service.

The internet itself has also given me no issues and has been fast and incredibly affordable in comparison to other companies.

Excellent customer care

First and foremost, the reason I gave 5 stars was because of the excellent customer care. They are reached within seconds, local staff, local accent. Nothing seems to be too trouble. All services should take notice and try to emulate.. onto the service itself. Fibre isn't as fast I thought it would be, but its doing what i want.. Tried the Netgem TV but cancelled it in the first month, not a great deal there for me, maybe for other's it will be... Unfortunately, it's still a bit too expensive for me and I will be looking around for a better deal.

Broadband

After having broadband installed had a few glitches with setting up my tv’s the customer care were very helpful in sorting out my problems

Simply The Best

The WightFibre installers came when they said they would and were polite and efficient and left the whole area very clean and tidy. I’ve recommended WightFibre to several neighbours who have now also changed to WightFibre. I’m now paying half than I did with my previous provider. I’m very satisfied.

Customer service at its best!

Fantastic company!! I was in the process of switching to WightFibre, but due to high demand, the install could not happen for 3 weeks. My previous provider found out I was leaving them and cut me off immediately, leaving me without internet. I work from home in an entirely online capacity. Without internet, I’d be expected to go into the office daily, however, this is based on the mainland, and is not possible. It is a new job, and I am therefore still on probation. Without being able to work, I’d have lost my job within the week. WightFibre worked some amazing magic and have squeezed me in meaning I only have a few days without internet! Truly fantastic customer service! I can’t thank them enough! Special shout out to Matthew Lovett in sales, and Zoe in the administration team, both of whom coordinated with the installation department to make this happen for me! If I could give them 10 stars out of 5 I would!

Amazing service and very happy

Installation was very easy with Wightfibre, technicians set everything up and were very professional and polite. The difference was immediate and the upload speeds are the same has the download speed, which is amazing. Everything has been working fine, nice strong signal around the house and over the moon with the speeds. Prices are great and hope Wightfibre keeps it that way. Would recommend everyone to get behind Wightfibre and sign up.
