Customer service at its best!
Fantastic company!! I was in the process of switching to WightFibre, but due to high demand, the install could not happen for 3 weeks. My previous provider found out I was leaving them and cut me off immediately, leaving me without internet. I work from home in an entirely online capacity. Without internet, I’d be expected to go into the office daily, however, this is based on the mainland, and is not possible. It is a new job, and I am therefore still on probation. Without being able to work, I’d have lost my job within the week. WightFibre worked some amazing magic and have squeezed me in meaning I only have a few days without internet! Truly fantastic customer service! I can’t thank them enough! Special shout out to Matthew Lovett in sales, and Zoe in the administration team, both of whom coordinated with the installation department to make this happen for me! If I could give them 10 stars out of 5 I would!
