They're rude my business I've been a…

They're rude my business I've been a customer for two years they disconnect me without my knowledge and they tell me to move to another company and it took me three months shut down my business and I couldn't trade I'm in a small takeaway called Navam Tandoori it's interrupted all my customers

We are sorry you feel we have been rude. There are very few circumstances in which we would disconnect a customer. The most common of these is for persistent and recurring non-payment of bills over an extended period of time. We also ensure that reminders are sent by email and in some instances by phone call to make customers aware that there are outstanding balances.

Customers who comply with the terms and conditions of their contract with us would never be disconnected by us.

Island company at its best!

Ive been with them from the very beginning back when it was Wightcable over 20 years ago and Ive never been let down. Great customer service,always someone to answer my call. Any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Local business that values its customers. Keep up the fab work guys 🙌�

Best by far

Really helpful, sorted our problem quickly, did exactly what they said they would and kept their promises.
Being Island based us a massive advantage too, it meant that the guy we spike to in the call centre actually spoke to the engineer so he knew exactly what we needed.

Always outstanding customer service…

Always outstanding customer service from WightFibre. Working in customer service I am always disappointed by the lack of service out there but WightFibre are always excellent. Adam delivered perfect customer service this weekend, he was friendly and polite, resolved the issue in no time at all and followed up to ensure everything was ok. It is greatly appreciated to receive such excellent service so huge thanks to Adam and the team. 5*

Very good once connected Overlap with your old supplier

Very good once connected. Good customer service. Overlap your old service though in case the installation takes a week or two.

Only wish I could have got it sooner.

Signup was simple, no pressure sales to buy packages, monthly contract, great speed, more than I know what to do with, 900 Mb for less than 28 Mb Sky Broadband.

Installation was around two hours, fibre supplied overhead from telegraph poles, small box on the outside of the house and again on the inside. No mess and no fuss.

My doubts about the service, installation and mess were unfounded in my experience.

Above & Beyond

Excellent service from two young, courteous lads. Tidy job and a speed of full fibre broadband above what's advertised. Equipment placed where I requested, no questions asked.

After having continuous problems of the…

After having continuous problems of the service dropping out regularly with one of the biggest providers, I decided to move over to WightFibre and, I am so glad I did. Helpful, polite staff, both on the helpline, which was just a simple phone call, no ‘menus’ to scroll through, and the engineers who connected the service, who left everything neat and tidy. The service itself has not dropped out once 🫰

Very efficient installation, and good service

After waiting for 3 months for the installation, due to the cable not being properly installed in the street, it went very well. The young man worked quickly and efficiently. I do have one niggle however. I stream most of the programs on TV, and still get buffering, which is somewhat annoying. However I have had no problems with the landline, which works very well.

Fibre Broadband and Telephone Installation

After checking it was ok, Wightfibre came the evening before (a Sunday) to run the cable in advance of our Monday installation (a bank holiday Monday). Installation was quick and painless. A few days later, the phone line went down but I got through very quickly to the WightFibre helpline, where the operative quickly sorted the problem for me and called me back a bit later to check all was well. Service has been prompt, courteous, locally based and geared towards actually sorting what needs to be done. Such refreshing, great service!

Customer service is excellent, if you have a problem they sort it out asp with follow up calls to check thier service

A good installation

For the most part the installation was very good however, I was disappointed with the size of the modem as it was not the same as those shown in your brochure. Likewise the external terminal box was larger than expected, compared to my neighbours. having got used to these issues we find that everything works fine and have had no problems to date.

I happy with the service apart from…

I happy with the service apart from the only problem is that my Sky Q box I have keep having to resetting it as it knocks out Wightfibre

Excellent service from WhghtFibre

Your engineers who originally fitted WightFibre to my house were excellent. Professional, friendly and they explained what they were doing and how they were doing it.
The service is very good with no disconnects or slow speeds.
My computer upstairs was not picking up wifi for after a while. The signal strength upstairs was not quite strong enough. So WightFibre fitted a booster for me. And now everything works fine.
