I ordered the Wilson Pro 70 for use at our mountain home that has zero bars and was a long shot going in but we were desperate. Unfortunately, as other reviews mentioned, it did not work as there has to be some signal to boost. However, I had an excellent customer service experience with the company who processed my refund very quickly. I found out that you can buy this product from multiple dealers and I think the customer service depends on who you use. I purchased mine through Wilson Signal Booster and would recommend them and/or buy from them again.

I have owned a Wilson Amplifier and their associated products for over 10 years and I highly recommend them. In my camper, I have the cell phone cradle connected to the amplifier and the external antenna on the camper roof. On and off the highway I have always out performed my fellow campers connectivity. Recently, I purchased a new antenna, due to my faulty installation, and some RF connectors/adapters which allowed me to make a quick disconnect of the cab holder and connect the camper holder. I have always found their web site easy to navigate, their products of high quality, and S&H accomplished without delay.

Price is excessive to say the least, but overall if you have no other choice it's a terrific unit. Must be installed properly, so seek the advice of a pro if you're not confident. I purchased the 4G Connect and went from -108db to -67db in my home. I would rate 5 stars if the price point was more realistic.

I purchased a mobile cell boost system and it arrived fast. The item wasn't strong enough for my remote location and they excepted the return quickly. There customer service worked with me to determine the system that would work best. Would recommend doing business with I will in the future.

I was having problems with my 5 year old signal booster. With the help of customer service, I was able to narrow the problem down to the outside antenna. Wilson Electronics sent me a new outside antenna for free, which fixed my problem.

We live up in the woods of northern Michigan. Cell phone service where we live is very poor that being we had one bar outside that would work sometimes. Zero to one bar inside that would work a little sometimes but not always and you had to be right tight to a window. I called Wilson, talked to Abdul about my problem and he recommended your model 470103. We are very happy with our purchase as we now have three and four bars of service. It was very cold the day we installed it and feel once warm weather comes and we can get back up to tweak the antenna direction we will most likely have a solid four bars.

The Very best service off and on the internet - the Wilson product sis excellent, however the support is even better! - I live on the edge of the wilderness and have owned Wilson Products for about 15 years and this is one company that gets better with age... By that I mean you talk with a customer service representative and you know they care about solving the problems with my poor Cell Phone Services (weak signals) The Customer Service Reps take the time to really help you get the best signal posible for your phone. And if you ever have a problem, the reps, are polite, and will find the right solution to boost your weak phone signal. I thought that there would be two antennas with this dual package. That is my only grip, would be great if another antenna was added in the kit, so you won't have to remove the car antenna when you get home/office.

Call the number to get information regarding my order and the lady that answered just say she cannot provide it and I must wait until someone's call me back , I need the information because was a wrong information provided by ups saying my package was on the warehouse in Hialeah which was on fire some days ago

Not having access to the system to pull the tracking number, the person who answered the phone was unable to provide specifics regarding your order. This is a very good product, works excellent. I have had it in my old shop for 4-5 years, building a new shop and moved it there on a temporary mount. The wind blew it over and broke the outside antenna, I ordered a new one, it came right away. Excellent customer service, and as I said the unit works great, from 1 intermittent bar of signal to 3-5 bars.

We could not get any cell service at our location from ATT. We could get a very small part of one bar standing by a window or going out on the deck. I have been so frustrated by being told there is nothing you can do. ATT said we can get a booster on our main tower and amplify the signal in your direction, we will email you when that is done. We are still waiting for that to happen. Well now that we purchased the amplifier from Wilson, our cell signal went straight to 4 strong bars. Really happy thank you Wilson's

We live in a remote area and wasn't sure it would work. We bought a refurbished unit and it lit up at first but we couldn't get a signal. It quit working and we sent it back. No Hassel and an immediate refund. Great company!

I used two different antennas with the amp. A directional yagi and the stub. The directional is used with our travel trailer and the stub with our truck. The directional gives us a -30db improvement while the stub is typically -10 to -15 better. Very happy with the results.

I have purchased two Wilson Boosters from this company with superb service. The first purchase was for a 3G unit which we have had exceptional service from. Recently we tried upgrading to a 4G unit and due to Service Provider issues could not get a reliable 4G signal and it reduced our 3G signal so we returned the unit and received a prompt refund.

I contacted Wilson Amplifiers at least 4 times prior to making the purchase. They answered all of my questions and provided additional information which helped me with my decision process and installation of their product. We purchased the 4G for a house with poor cell phone reception and the unit performed well.

I purchased a booster for my vehicle and it works very well. I contacted customer support once to replace my roof antenna and they simply sent me a new one, even though I damaged it. This is a fantastic company.

I purchased the refurbished model 470103 for my 2,200 sf home. I had cell signal outdoors and about 6Mbps/0.5Mbps down/upload speeds. Indoors I had no cell service and no internet using Verizon. After installing the Wilson Amplifier, I have cell reception throughout the house and varying down/up speeds throughout the house. It does not do a great job boosting LTE throughout the home. It is best to sit near the indoor amplifier. Through one wall speeds reduce to a crawl, through two walls LTE is not available. Our solution was to pipe the LTE through the home WIFI that sits right next to the indoor amplifier. We have an unlimited plan that we use for home internet as our indoor up/ down speeds are now 10Mbps/2Mbps when standing right by the indoor repeater. About 3-4 times faster than the best available internet we can get at our house.
In conclusions, we now have cell reception throughout our home, we just have to sit in or above the dining room for good LTE service.
