We have been using it for nearly 2 years and have not had any issues until the power supply went out recently. Fortunately, it was a quick change out and we were back up and running. Great customer service as well.

I bought a Wilson amplifier for my ranch house in Mexico. There was one spot near the cistern where we could get a Telcel signal. I put the antenna on top of the house on a long pole so I could get it as high as possible and all of a sudden, magic happened. I have 4g internet and phone through out the house and this is in the jungle of Mexico. I love my Wilson system.

Having moved to the country we noticed very little reception with our 3G & 4G phones! Having known about Wilson Amplifiers for the vehicle for years now...dealing with out of the way places in law enforcement, on wild land fires and the like...I made the purchase for our home. Installation was as normal...easy peazy...set up and start up was a piece of cake! After adjusting the outside antenna...got great "DL" for the location! Sadly...after about 1 week...lost all "DL" signal! Called Wilson...told them what had happened. Both the techs and I went back through initial set up...they sent out a new exterior cable and outside antenna...replaced the antenna and "voila" the new antenna did the job! Great product...would recommend for 3G & 4G signal improvement!

We have 2-3 bars outside the building at all times. While we have Low / NO Service in my shop / office prior to installing the Wilson Amplifier. Now we have 2 bars inside the shop / office. Very pleased with their products!

I had very weak cell phone signal at my house because I live in a rural area. After I installed the Wilson Amplifier the signal is much better.

System had great documentation and solved my problem. I have to note that all of the cell tower locations shown on the sites the linked me to were quite erroneous. We tuned the antenna with our phones.

Quick shipping and a good overall experience on my purchase. Only thing I would change is I would like to see a little more details on the parts and maybe a couple more pics. You can never have too much info. I am a happy customer regardless 😎

While signals were good outside my warehouse, as soon as I stepped inside, I got a bad dead zone with a -116db... just 4 db short of no signal.
Installation was a snap and now I get -78db which is about as good as it gets for any LTE signal.

Excellent products and service. We needed a new antenna and some parts for a cell repeater on a semi-truck. Ordered them, no problem, Wilson shipped them fast, and we got them and installed them without problems, or hassles. Great people to do business with.

I read all the reviews and purchase the WeBoost. Worked as advertised. My Verizon coverage went from a high of 40% to upwards of 90%: DbM went from 106 to 78. Now can stream video. Customer support was great.

Online buyng experience was good overall, fast and easy but once we did a soft install we discovered that there was something wrong with the inner threads of the outside antenna. The call to Wilson Amplifiers resulted in the customer service person asking me how I felt this problem should be resolved, which I felt was a very odd question to ask the consumer. It seems he did not believe there was an actual problem. He emailed me after speaking with a manager and asked that I send photos. Impossible to show the inner threads but I sent pics as requested. They emailed again, assuring me this is a rate problem, and agreeing to send a replacement outside antenna along with a shipping lable to mail this defective antenna back to them.
We have our WeBoost Cell signal booster (Connect 4G model) up and running and it's working great considering our location in Alaska. This booster was relatively easy to install, we now have enough of a signal to use LTE/4G data. Before this installation we had a very spotty 1 bar to no bars/signal inside our home.

Both excellent products and excellent technical support. We asked Wilson to evaluate our site by means of signal strength readings and a floor plan. We followed their recommendation and had strong reception as soon as power was established to the amplifier.

Had used one at home, This unit I purchased for work. Not as good as a boost as I had hoped but we have a bad signal anyway being in a valley and we can now get calls in our office and shop which we couldn't before. So I would call it a success. No more missed calls.

The unit we got was easy to install and works great we had only 1 bar in the house and not we have 4 sometimes 5 no more having to stand on your head with one arm in the air to talk to someone. Would recommend this product.

My husband and I recently purchased a remote ranch. We could only get cell service by climbing a small hill near the ranch house. With our Wilson WeBoost Amplifier we now get quite good service in our house. We are very pleased.

So far so good! Not as much range inside the house as I'd like but it does what I wanted, which is to amplify my signal. I went from two 4G bars to 3-5 LTE depending on how close I am to the unit. I live in the middle of the woods so we mounted this to the top of our roof. I'm just happy to have full/almost full strength LTE now. We have att & verizon phones and it worked to boost both. Hoping it keeps working for years to come.
