I decided to use 4Gadgets directly instead of using BackMarket, so I have a direct relationship if there is a warranty claim over the next 12 months. Phone arrived on time and in excellent condition (as per the quality selected). Waited to post this review just to be on the safe side. I will definitely use 4gadgets in the future!

Credit where it's due --
The phone was a flawless as advertised.
Unfortunately it developed a fault connecting to cellular 4G/5G (i don't know why - Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra). I wasn't sure what the problem was but decided to sell it for a Fold, for several reasons.
When the buyer confirmed the hardware problem, I notified 4Gadgets as it was within 1 year warranty.
They did indeed replace it (so I can sell to part-fund my upgrade). I feared they would use screen-burn as an excuse, as this has loose wording on the guarantee, but didn't. So certainly recommend them.

Advertised as being in excellent condition and I wasn't disappointed. It came in an unbranded box but if it had come in a branded box I wouldn't have queried it. Good delivery times and last but not least it was also a great price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I have never left a review before for anyone but I felt that I should do on this occasion. I am very sceptical of buying 2nd hand phones with my main concern being whether I can trust the company that I am buying from. After reading the reviews for 4gadgets I felt like I should give them a chance. I am pleased to say that I purchased a Fold 5 in Pristine condition which came as described. After a couple of days trying the phone out I realised that it wasn't the phone for me and decided to send it back. Again I was worried that this could be a problem. But I am pleased to say that the process was very straightforward with the item collected by royal mail on a Friday and delivered Monday morning. A refund payment was sent same day Monday. The service has been fantastic and I have no problems with buying from them again and recommending them to friends and family. Thank you very much for the service and putting my mind at rest when purchasing 2nd hand phones. Thanks

When I received previous phone, I needed to exchange it for same model with more storage due to my own error, customer services sorted this quickly and easily. Bought a phone from 4gadgets through Backmarket, moment I put my sim card into it I was hacked, lost my Bank account, WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, Messenger, PayPal, Parentpay, Ebay and a host of other apps..can't get in touch with either company.. Avoid them both.

Bought a refurbed phone from 4gadgets VIA Back Market. Lovely phone, no marks on it, like new. However, the NFC just wouldn't work, tried everything. Returned phone and emailed 4gadgets for advice why the NFC wouldn't work and concern about purchasing another incase it had the same problem. 4gadgets would not answer my question or help me or offer any advice, they were rather rude and kept telling me to refer to back market as it was sold through them!! Seriously, it was sold from 4gadgets!! Unhelpful. Avoid.

I'm always cautious buying refurbished but having read other reviews I thought I'd give it a go.
I ordered a Samsung S23 Ultra in green noted as perfect condition.
The parcel arrived within 24 hours with full tracking which was brilliant, the phone came in a generic box which i fine (who keeps boxes anyway!)
The quality was as new as described and I've had absolutely no problems with set up, I've owned the phone for about two weeks now without any issues.
I can fully recommend 4gadgets and would buy again without hesitation, there's some great savings to be had!
