My queries were answered professionally & politely.
My query re discount was activated saving me time & effort of activating on line. As an older citizen I was not made to feel daft with my fear of technology and I would definitely recommend Aerial Direct to friends & family

I asked about a call I was unhappy with…

I asked about a call I was unhappy with ' Katy answered my question in about 1 minute ' then a very short conversation she offered me a useful change to my plan to avoid the problem happening again.
Katy was so pleasant efficient and knowledgeable ' she answered my question and improved my plan in 2 minutes ' and was so pleasant to speak to

I'm happy with the deal I got from the O2…

I'm happy with the deal I got from the O2. I wanted a good and cheaper deal that have enough mobile data and unlimited minutes and text.also if i didn't used my date all then it's rolled over to next month. I received a call from O2 aerial as my contract was finishing soon so recommended one that I am looking for but still price bit high for me so offered me cash back discount so it's brilliant. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic.
Over all I am very happy with O2 customer service and network.

The young lady I spoke to was so helpful, respectful and genuine I am a carer for the person who needed help and she done an amazing job. She went above and beyond to help my client. I will give this girl 10 stars if I could thank you very much, Andrew Waterston.

Good help and gone smoothly

Always nervous about changing things but all has gone smoothly with Aerial direct
O2 online has been the tricky issue to see bills, as it doesnt give you the 'eye' option to see if typing in the correct password and tells you somthing is wrong!

Great experience …

I recently purchased a new replacement IPhone and needed to contact Aeriel Direct to discuss a replacement SIM Card which would be suitable for my new iPhone.
I had little to no bother being put through to an assistant via their chat line, the assistant was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about my requirements in no time an appropriate SIM Card was on its way.
Extremely professional customer care.

Avoid this company

Been with this company since August and the service as been terrible I am unable to make or receive incoming calls or texts had 4 new SIM cards nothing works.Fobbed off constantly by customer service team .I have been forced to take matters further and contact trading standards .

These guys are brilliant

These guys are brilliant! We moved from a one-man band service for five users and outgrew him to 99 users. The one-man band company was great, but this was no longer viable as tech moved on and users increased. Aerial Direct has forced us into the latest and greatest protective network with a second-to-none backup service. These guys were ticking boxes we didn't even know needed ticking and highly recommended.

Excellent Customer Service

I had a worrying issue concerning my data usage, and also needed to update email address. Both assistants who helped me with these issues were wonderful - polite, courteous, informative, and very efficient. Shining examples of excellent customer service.
