We are in the process of changing over our broadband and phone system. Wanted a company that deal with everything and take the headache away of doing it ourselves. Have found Aerial Direct very helpful with this from the initial sales call to having our premises surveyed today. Look forward to having the system up and running early next year - but so far they have been great.

Account manager Joanna and Customer services agent Sophie, dealt with both my renewal and payment issue very professionally and quickly, lovely talking to them both.
Aerial Direct would have received 5 stars had they not missed paying back the monthly standing order, hence the call to customer services, all sorted within minutes.
Great service apart from that.

I changed my data allowance as I had hit the limit. The lady on the phone didn't do her job right and I got charged over 6 hundred pounds for a week of extra data as she didn't activate it.
To be fair to Aerial they have done everything they can, the money now sits with O2 who don't seem to be paying it back and are not available to speak yo

Sold a business contract from a blind calling. Not be able to view my account online. No sure if this is even legal. Never seen a bill since Oct 23. I have to wait for direct debit to see how much my bill was??
Phoned numerous times and no one’s listens or understand a simple task of forgot my password. They send an email to reset password which asks for memorable word. Never set up a memorable word so cannot reset password. Roll on Oct 25 when this contract ends and I can leave.
Never get return call from IT when apparently escalated to sort out online but s as aways get calls to renew my contract.. Funny that…

Aerial Direct are a joy to deal with, listened to all our needs and delivered exactly what we needed within a manageable monthly payment which worked out less than we were previously paying.
