Helping the technophobe

As a construction site manager our laptops are an essential tool for efficient working practices.
Tom has today, remotely taken considerable time to ensure my device is operating to its fullest potential and also had the patience to explain in layman's term his findings.

If I could give 0 stars I would

This company should be shut down
0 care by staff. Sold a 5 year plan where I can't take a call use WiFi where a modem sits 1 meter away from my computer.

Told always now our brand new computers or our brand new phone are the problems for the failure in service , tried on three computers , 3 phones ... So how can we be wrong

Joke service with shockingly bad staff.

Avoid like a plague

Great service

Great service, great install, great software, excellent communication, exactly what you need with no faff. Would recommend to all. Sarah is brilliant and Nick as well during change over day.

Julie or Julia was extremely helpful and polite that made the whole experience as enjoyable as possible. It is a shame more contact centres aren’t as polite, respectful and, more importantly understandable.

Worst decision i ever made....my ser…

Worst decision i ever made....my serv ice is the worst ive had in a decade....complained numerous times and never received the call back promised....last complaint i was sent a form to detail problems by time ..postcode etc....again no reply...cant wait to get rid.....even differing opinions from staff on that some saying wilm get sorted and you can leave others saying you need to pay.....im paying for a service that i dont get...constant buffering on internet....can rarelymake a call without getting cut off.....absolutely horrendous

Have had a lot of connection and buffering issues!

Have had a lot of connection and buffering issues since getting this phone so called and spoke to 'Bailey' who was very helpful and had explained the contract originally had been mis-sold and they had sent a SIM for an I-phone not Android..
Sending me the correct SIM so hopefully stop these issues.. Fingers crossed!

new phone required a new SIM card but…

new phone required a new SIM card but this wasn’t ordered until I rang up a week later to remind Aerial Direct (AD).
No instruction given on how to activate the SIM card once received. I had to ring up again. Everyone I dealt with at AD was very helpful but there was no process evident when replacing my old phone.

Great service

Moving systems can be difficult. Aerial appoint a project manager who took charge and made sure that it happened without me having to chase. It made the process smooth and sorted the usual hiccoughs that arise.

Dissatisfied with the refund

When I switched to Aerial Direct I wasn't receiving any calls from anybody other than O2 and not receiving messages off anyone. I have had to get a new SIM card to activate which is just a massive inconvenience. Dissatisfied than I've only got a £15.00 refund from all this inconvenience and no real service.

It pains me to write this as the team…

It pains me to write this as the team are a pleasure to deal with and always really nice to talk to but....

Signed up 18months ago, never had a bill which I need to tax purposes, both phones been cut off twice without warning and in the last months gave 3 members of the team a chance to sort it and call me back but they haven't including the account manager. Had to call them 32 times since signing up time which as a business owner I dont have. No proactive approach once your signed up and forever given 'its o2's fault excuse - which it may well be but I signed up with you so expect you to use your relationship with them to solve it. Otherwise, id have gone direct to o2. Sadly, avoid.

Nothing to do with Millie but…

Nothing to do with Millie but frustrated with existing contract as seeing many better deals. One cause of frustration was my mobile data usage has exceed the contract amount for the first time since I joined Ariel Direct but no discount for not exceeding it in the past. As a loyal customer for many years that’s frustrating

I was dreading contacting them


I was dreading contacting them, because of other, never care customer services of other companies!
But, oh joy. Aerial Direct customer services is in a league of their own. The operators were calming, pleasant, and respectful, and told me at every step, what they were doing. Many, many Gold Stars to them.
