I had a problem with calls and text messages when I transferred to aerial direct and it got sorted quickly. The staff I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and friendly as well as very informative. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

having set up a completely new digital phone system, I fully expected the usual problems, especially with phone suppliers but it couldn't have been easier and stress free.
All queries and calls are answers by return, problems solved either by admin staff or engineers.
Although all the people I dealt with were helpful and efficient, special thanks go to Louise the Project Manager assigned to the contract who set the whole thing up and followed it throughout, and Jade who dealt with all the final account queries.
Highly recommended.

Thank you for your prompt response to our issue. Earlier, we raised the issue of the inability to install the Keevio2 app on Samsung phones. However, within two days, the application was updated and we were able to successfully install the application on our employees' devices. We are sincerely grateful for the quick resolution of the issue and for your attention to your users.

I have problems with my signal and Arial called me to see if they can help .They sent me 2new sim cards, one for my old Mum and myself. This dident work so they put me through to Samsung to help sort out wifi calling. This dident work.
I assumed that they were part of o2 and yet as normal I pay my o2 monthly bill .Today They sent me a bill statement for £1250 for having 2 business accounts.
I cant even call them to discuss any thing .
I have recently had heart surgery and Mum has diabetes .
My freind passed away with out me knowing because no one can get hold of me .
So how can anyone charge for a service that you cant supply?
I am furious

I rang aerial to discuss a monthly discount we had previously agreed on my account with them. Since a recent renewal of my contract, the discount had not been applied to my charges. They resolved the issue straight away, and backdated the missing payments.

Once I spoke to someone my problem was resolved within a minute. Their automated process for claiming the discount didn't work for me so I had to ring to get it sorted. Hence only 4 stars

I have spoken to people at Ariel direct before and some of them aren't great. However speaking to Charlie today she was amazing and solved all my issues. If everyone was like that id ring up more often !

Charlotte has been our company account manager for over a year now and she has been amazing! Nothing is an issue and anytime something goes wrong (employees leaving etc) she goes above and beyond to help us.
Charlotte was off for a few days and when we called in to get support the advisor told us that we had to speak with the network provider directly or visit one of their stores - after a failed call with the network customer service team and 2 failed visits to the networks store, I called Charlotte to see if this could be resolved and she has managed to fix everything for us. I couldn't recommend her more and frequently do to all our business consultants.
