Business Mobile Phone Contracts - Great!

Have had our business mobile phone contracts with Aerial for the last few years and couldn't be happier! I call frequently regarding staff's lost phone's/replacement sim's/new phone's and an array of different situations and have always been happy at the service and FRIENDLINESS of the staff who pick up the phone, they are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with - this is worth more to me than anything else these days and on this, they have nailed it!
A special shout out to Jeremy Gaskin on customer service as he is a legend! The most amazing customer service i have ever come across and wish all customer service had his skill with people and getting things done! 10/10 at all times, never lets me down and is always consistent and goes above and beyond to help. Many thanks for all the support given throughout our contracts, you guys have made it A PLEASURE.

Aerial Direct are quite simply Remarkable

Having used various suppliers for my recruitment business, I can say without hesitation that Aeriel Direct are by far the best I've ever dealt with. I get new numbers set up with ease, I have a point of contact to go to by email or direct line (no robot touch tone dial in which is so much better!).

The time they take to make sure we're all on the right tariffs (often actually reducing the price for us) and the speed at which they get our new phones to us when we need them is quite remarkable. They've absolutely nailed it - and it was only through their customer service that I even moved everything over to O2 - having been with Vodafone for 20 years.

Aerial are quite simply, remarkable!

'Second to None'

I have had dealings with Aerial Direct for over 3 years now. I cannot fault Aerial Direct on any aspect of the business. I originally moved our company mobile phones to Aerial Direct as I had a very bad experience with our previous provider. Aerial Direct were so efficient with the change over of provider ( and helped us along the way) that we as a company decided to transfer all of our telecommunication requirements to Aerial Direct. The Staff are always helpful and friendly when I call with a query or question and the service is always 'second to none'. Well done Aerial Direct you certainly get my vote for being an excellent company.

Having been with O2 for a number of …

Having been with O2 for a number of yrs, (sim only deal) I was given the hard sell via Aerial Direct to transfer over my sim only deal!.... What I didn't realise till I spoke with O2 the other day regarding a billing issue (another problem) is that I'm now in a 2 yrs fixed contract with Aerial D!?!
This is really crap, anybody reading this please don't get caught out with Aerial Directs hard sell - simply go elsewhere, saves a lot of hassle for a few quid!

Beware of this company not to be trusted.

Beware of this company, they called up my business partner with their tactics and tied in our sim only contracts for 2 years for a higher price than the original deal.

No paper work or email to confirm what they have done. I didnt even know they existed until I contacted O2 direct who said Ariel hold the contract.

O2 and other competitors were offering much higher data at a lower price.

I’m am disgusted by these cold calling companies and how they use 02’s name to try and lock someone in direct with them. O2 are going to wreck their reputation by allowing this company to be their direct partner.

If there was a zero star rating this company would get it.

Aerial Direct's Underhand tactics!

Aerial Direct's Underhand tactics!
Been with Aerial for a couple of years, had no major issues. I have just been phoned up by their customer service representatives on the premise of reducing my bill. They carefully took me through where my account was and that my plan was correct. We then got to the summary when just mentioned at the end was that they have signed me up for another 36 months! I did agree, not realising what was said to the whole change but can't believe that is their tactics.

Very disappointed in their service given the premise of the call was to help me, when it terns out just to be tying me up to a contract for 36 more months!

My advice to anyone who is called by these, to avoid at all costs! Ps JUST READ THIS ITS EXACTLY THE SAME AS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME VERY DISAPPOINTED still locked in a 3 yer contact after. All

Honestly, the best quality of customer service you will ever experience.
In any circumstance where there is a problem (which let's be honest they do occasionally emerge) the staff are polite, quick -never been on hold for more than two min-, helpful, and most importantly they're happy!

Fantastic company

Fantastic company, first rate customer service...went way above and beyond to eliminate my connection issues...trouble shooting was spot on...thanks you so much...I am one happy customer...would recommend 100%...I also wanted to add... when you call Aerial you get straight through to a person not a machine or an overseas call centre...its real people with excellent experience and knowledge! Well done and don't change a thing :O)

update of review,

Be very careful with this company,I have rung them to see when my sim only contract expires and they said still over a year left,they said when they rang me 2 years ago that I was halfway through my contract,what they didn't say was they add another 2 yrs onto the outstanding year,they didn't send me any terms or conditions or a cooling off period,I'm not a business I'm am employee,I'm going to seek legal advice and also make sure this is told to everyone via social media,people have said on here they have had good experience,just ring them and tell them you want to reduce your contract or terminate it and see the reply then,my only advice is be careful I don't know whether they have broken the law or just manipulated it but I will find out, after a talk with jarrod at aerial everything has been resolved,they was actually a lot more helpful than expected and the end result I cannot fault,I've even taken another 2 yr contract which will take me to 8yrs with them,so thanks for sorting it

The service is good but this review …

The service is good but this review shouldn't be forced. if i feel like I've had some good service then i will be happy to let you know.
Also, I've told you the same thing a couple of times and still had phone calls asking the same question again.

Aerial direct brilliant customer service

I received a call from aerial direct as my 2 year contract was up. The person who help me gave two options one to upgrade my phone or to lower my bills. I choose lower my bills as there nothing wrong with my phone saving five pounds per month it all adds it enough for a meal out with my friends. So I would like to say thank you to aerial direct for the wonderful customer service I received from them recently with this transaction.
