Difficult to get product support
Apple.com seems ok so long as the product you receive is not defective and you don't need any support. When I bought directly from their site, shipping was very slow but it was also free.
My problem started last week when I received an apple pencil (from the Apple Store on Amazon) that has battery and charging issues. Support on Apple.com said there was a 2 minute wait for live chat but I waited and no representative showed up. I can't wait any longer today so I'll have to use a pencil with a possibly dying battery for now. This is incredibly inconvenient because I had just received the item and I don't have time to drive to the UPS store to mail in returns. Dealing with this issue is costing a lot of time from work (including hours spent trying to charge a finicky pencil).
