Don't make a deal with them. I paid around 1.5 years, and when I was unemployed they said there is no benefit I can have with. I will cancel my deal with them but there is no contact email adress on their website. That is funny :)

I had a great experience during my transition between jobs with ASE.
I had Marianne as my advisor and her input on my CV, choice of jobs and Cover Letter has made a great impact on my job search which ended up being quite short and I’m thankful for that.
Will recommend ASE with no problem and will definitely be staying with them.

I met my case manager for the first time today in office based in Holbæk. Marriane was heart warming and welcoming from the beggining. I had many questions and it has been answered in no rush. The action to help was taken straight away while actually logging in into my account and showing what I'll have to do myself in the future. Received profesional help, contacts for future questions and left the office with peace and calm. Thank you so so so much for taking care!

I received help very quickly with problems with my payment. Data transmission and calculations were accurate and reliable. Based on them, I was able to recover over 20,000 crowns that had not been paid to me.

It was a really nice experience with the lawyers who treated my issue, both on A-Kasse and on the Union. The only problem is that I was waiting for 30 minutes to be attended and the operator didn't speak English so I had to call and wait again. But overall, I am happy with the service.

After paying into Ase's A Kasse for many years, I found myself in the situation, were I was VERY unfairly dismissed from my job.
It was a very clean cut situation(too long to write), and after 8 months employment, I was not even given an "opsigelsesbrev".
Ase's legal department were not even willing to hear my side of the story, talked to my employer, and accepted everything HE said.
I was rudely spoken to, had emails & messages ignored, and basically called a liar.
The legal dept showed me no sympathy or understanding. I lost 125,000kr in salary, and have had to take out a loan to enable me to live.
Having spoken to my own lawyer, he is of the opinion that I WAS unfairly dismissed, and doesnt understand the treatment I have recieved from Ase.
Years of loyalty to Ase, and when I REALLY needed them, they did this to me.
I AM DISGUSTED.

Harassment. Their telemarketers call me at least once a week. They don't respect a no. I have blocked numerous Telefone numbers and it continues. Yesterday I asked them to delete my information from their system in an angry tone. If they call me again, I will contact the authorities!

on 15 April i called to say i don´t feel good and i will have a visit to doctor what i should do. The customer service say that she will live a note and i don´t have anything to do. Saturday i was get an e-book letter that i was unregister from job center. I call Monday Ase and the personal from client services tell me that is my fault because i don´t book a meeting and i can´t cancel any meetings doesn´t matter the reason. then i make claim and get the same answer , they can do nothing because i was unregister from job center. and no one talking about client service not doing their jobs. i was unregister from job center 19 april (friday) i get the message thet i was unregister saturday 20 april.

Rude operator calls me in middle of my work and when I answer and ask them to speak English they hang up on me. Please train your employees to show respect for fellow human beings.
