I love Avanti

I love Avanti - they are so good that they made me aware that our current policy expires whilst we are going to be overseas in January, so we were able to add the necessary cover for the half-week before the new policy kicks in.
Although it wasn't the fault of Avanti (but the general insurance industry), I was not impressed to find that to include Spain and the Canary Islands the cost of our annual policy has almost doubled! I know where we won't be going in the future...

Travel Insurance …

Travel Insurance coverage was sufficient for planned travel. Costs for older people like our selves unfortunately becomes more expensive but with promo code was compatible, in fact better than other companies. Easy to complete questions and hopefully wont require to use their services.

Competitive Quote from Tarquin at Avanti

Spoke to Tarquin Gain from Avanti on Tuesday 17th December. He was extremely helpful and informative in providing me with a quote for travel insurance. The quote advised was a bit more than I had been quoted online with other insurers but as I had dealt with Avanti before I agreed the premium. This was mainly because of the friendly and helpful advice from Tarquin and also because I had dealt with Avanti before and received a very competitive quote considering my age.

Quality cover at a competitive price

Have been with Avanti for a while now , setting up the cover is comprehensive and detailed in ensuring it meets your cover.
Not the cheapest of insurance policies but you’re getting 5 star rated cover at competitive price.
The staff are friendly and helpful and help you through the process, well done.

I am complaining strongly

I am complaining strongly. I have written my review.
Margaret Metcalf. Instead obliterated mine, you have published a previous years review in my Late husband's name Francis Metcalf who passed away in August, 2022. Absolutely appalling behaviour
How dare you do such an insulting upsetting entry. Causing me anxiety and without my permission.

Lack of information to book online

Tried to book travel insurance online, but there was no option shown to add Winter sports. Telephoned to query above and operator went through all the information again I'd already submitted & took a long time to get a quote.

Within the quotation journey, within the price presentation screen, this would provide you with a summary/checklist to confirm that is included within each level of cover.

Winter sports cover is included for up to 17 days as a complimentary benefit on the level of cover that you have chosen for your policy.

Brilliant …

I have many pre existing illnesses and I had tried many insurances before someone recommended you. I was quoted well over double the price you quoted me and even though they advertised they cover pre existing illnesses on reading the small print I discoverer that the other companies had excluded cover for my pre existing illnesses. You were half the price and you covered all of my illnesses, I am so impressed and have recommended you to many other people.
