I have used Avanti for several years now and have always found them competitive. But this time that went the little bit further and matched a quote to obtained from another online company.
The young lady who dealt with this for me was very polite, helpful and went that little bit further to accommodate so thank you to her.
I’d recommend Avanti for your travel insurance
Simple, comprehensive and user friendly insurance cover and experience… I have used Avanti before but still shopped around to check rates and levels of cover. Avanti is my first choice again, and I feel confident putting my trust and my wellbeing in their hands…
Fortunately I haven’t had to use my travel insurance since starting with Avanti but I’m am very pleased the increase from last year has been a reasonable amount. Communication and reminders are good without going over the top
When arranging the policy we experienced some problems with the telephone line. The lady I was speaking with (sorry not good with names) was so apologetic and kept ringing back so I didn’t have to constantly repeat my responses. Never had to wait more than a few seconds. Going through my husband’s medical history was lengthy but I feel we covered everything before it came to the quote.

I've used Avanti travel for quite some time and have neverput in a claim I thinkas loyal customer I should get more discount. When my yearly policy expires I'll be shopping around.

This is my third policy with Avanti, I've tried others for quotes but none of them match the great deal you get from Avanti. All the so called 'cheap travel insurance' quotes turn out to be anything but. Added to which, there's always a quick response on the telephone with very helpful and friendly customer service operatives.

Wanted to give 5stars but gremlins only allowed 4. Excellent service from Avante, made everything so easy for me and made a change to original transaction without a quibble. Documents haven't arrived as yet but sure they will. Thank you for excellent service.
