Common sense easy to work with

I deal with local and national companies. Bank Five is easy to work with, uncomplicated technology, and best of all... common sense such as when giving code numbers for security sign-in, doing so slowly, clearly, easy to understand rather than other companies doing so rapidly, not clear to understand.

Attentive and Professional Service

Miguel and his team were attentive and helpful at all times during the mortgage process. I'm grateful we had someone so knowledgeable and friendly on our side! Thank you all for helping my wife and I buy our new home!!

The lady that assisted me was so very…

The lady that assisted me was so very helpful and patient with me. I think her name was Linda, tiny young lady with long dark hair and this was at the Somerset branch. She was so professional and friendly and when I returned to the bank a week later she greeted me by name with a big smile on her face.

Best bank I've ever worked with

After 20 years in business, this is the first time I have ever written a review for a financial institution.

We moved our small business checking account to BankFive last year, after numerous problems with another institution. The result has been more efficient processes for administrative and bookkeeping staff, and the ability to easily transfer funds between our interest-bearing money market and checking accounts, have been game changers. Donna and the team at the Somerset branch provide a stupendous level of customer service and we couldn't be happier!

I absolutely love the Somerset branch…

I absolutely love the Somerset branch of Bank 5. There is never a day (usually 2/3 week) that the service is outstanding. When someone is busy, always another bank employee will step in and take care of my business.
Additionally, I love the personal approach by identifying me by my first name.
Don't know what your paying these folks but I can tell you they are worth there weight in gold. Love them all from managers to the teller line including the drive-thru.

I love bank five

I love bank five. They match rates for CDs to other local banks. They have great specials too. The assistant manager is quick and professional. I recommend bank five for savings and CDs to all my family members.

I first went on the website and was…

I first went on the website and was chatting with Krystin. I told her what I was looking for and wanted to make sure there were no hidden fees or fees in general. Kristen was extremely helpful in helping get exactly what I needed. She was extremely professional and courteous. I then went to Bank Five to open my account and the gentleman that took care of me was also very professional and courteous.

I went to Bank of America to make a…

I went to Bank of America to make a cash deposit. I don't make cash deposits into the automatic teller.
I had to wait over 15 minutes to make this deposit as there were only 2 available tellers, One on the regular side and one on the business customer only side.
It seems that with the closure of your other branches in Fall River, this branch has become increasingly more crowded and it doesn't seem that Bank of America has increased personnel to meet this increase of customer using this branch.

Friendly tellers

Friendly tellers , when I cash my check I ask for large bills and they always have them . I was waiting for my checks I ordered that I haven't received so teller printed me ' nine bank checks , been using ' Bank � Five for many years and don't plan on going anywhere else 💰
