Top. She explained me everythingperfectly. ( I do not speak dutch ).

Clerk at BCC West, Indra, was very patient and assertive, explaing all little things.
There was a problem for the delivery, it was supposed to be on tuesday, but they come at thursday. I always been informed about it all.
The two guys of delivery, super: five minutes and everything was solved.

Super nice experience.

I bought a logitect steering wheel for my playstation and from the start it has been a real hassel to try and get it to work like all the others that I have seen on youtube.

I decided to return the item as it must have been faulty, the lady at BCC was very helpfull and really friendly, she had no issue to return the item and did her best to help us in English as Dutch is not our first or even second language.

Bcc is my trustable shop. The people are working in the shop they are so helpful. Like the man like Medewerk(st)er: Wessel . I’m so happy to buy my electronic stuff in the BCC.

Customer support can work a tiny bit better

I've bought Braun razor on 21/11/2022. At the time of a purchase the website promised a cashback of EUR 30,- from the manufacturer. However, some time later I have discovered that the cashback is actually EUR 20,- and BCC did not update information on their website on time. I complained on the phone and the agent has told me to write a written complaint. I did that and received a blunt reply from another support agent saying that she doesn't see anything being wrong at all. Since then, no reply from BCC. Therefore, I recommend not to buy any products with the manufacturer's cashback promotion via BCC or at least make sure to actually validate cashback promise on a manufacturer's website.

Update 16/12. Changed to 4 stars from 1 star. After posting this review I have been contacted by another support employee. He has apologised and offered a voucher which I think is a fair solution. Made me happy at the end. At the same time, still 4 stars and not 5 because I think this whole negative review could have been avoided if the first point of contact would have provided a decent reply. Anyways, thanks Andre.

Great advise and best price.
I searched a lot of websites for the best price, and BCC has no worries about its prices.
Also their staffs are patent and nice to answer all your questions.

Bad customer service

Bad ccustomer service. BCC works with Repair Services Dordrecht B.V and if there is an issue, it is your problem. It does not care if your product is protedted with the warranty or, as I did, I paid for an extension of the warranty to avoid any kind of problems. At the end... bad service, unprofessionals. During two months BCC was sendind messages... repeted messages... that they did not find the submmited files, not answering emails... at the end they did not want to know anything about that... You are alone. Much better Mediamarkt customer service.

The service I received in your store…

The service I received in your store when I went to buy a new refrigerator was very good. The people who delivered the new refrigerator were very efficient. The only thing I am sorry about is that I needed to buy a new refrigerator due to the 'Moulinex MSTRR104WHA' refrigerator that I bought on 2 august 2019 developing a dangerous gas leak.

Be careful this company is scammer's i…

Be careful this company is scammer's i bought ipad since 2x weeks and still didn't receive it, i call them and they said is something wrong in there system and i will get it after one day and im now waiting 2x weeks and when i try to call them they said we don't know where is your ipad!!!!!!

Thanks for your review.

We don't scam our customers. However, reading your review it seems that we have not given you the right answers to your questions. Sorry for that. Here's what actually happenend:

When you told us that the parcel had not been delivered we tried to find out what was going wrong, but could not answer that for you. To provide you clarity anyway, we have asked DHL to start an investigation. The investigation was started on December 2nd. After a few days DHL let us know that they somehow messed up the order, and they're sending the parcel back to us. This is also noted on the Track & Trace page, see: https://www.dhlparcel.nl/nl/consument/volg-je-pakket?tc=JVGL05801048000405352929&lc=nl-NL

DHL normally returns parcels in 3 to 4 days. When the parcel is here again it will take us another 3 to 4 days to process it, upon which we will notify you by email. It may take a few days longer, due to a backlog of work, but we will not let you down.

A failed delivery is a very unfortunate situation, but rest assured, you have not been scammed. We hope to have set your mind at ease. Please let us know if any questions should arise.

Great Customer Service

The BCC shop assistant was helpful, patient, answered all my questions and looked up information when she didn't know the answer. I also went to the shop next door to see if my choice of washing machine could be improved. However, not one of the four shop assistants came over to help. So, that made up my mind and I returned to BCC.

I am very happy with my purchase of the DeLonghi espresso Magnifica Smart ECAM250.33.TB. Great price, easy purchase and a free product with my purchase! Friendly staff who recognize me when I shop in the store. I don't have a car so I love that this store is in my neighborhood and I don't have to wait for shipping or a missed delivery window.

Disrespectful Klantenservice

My package was send back to BCC because DHL could not find my address and after 8 days I called BCC asking more details and an estimative of how many days the cancelling process and refund would take so I could buy the product again, I still need it.
In reality I felt disrespected, I was barely listened and also called "queen" after I asked to be listened. I'm not a Queen, I'm a unhappy client and BCC should the interested on listing and helping me.
