We are a small family business who have…

We are a small family business who have been left with no phones at all for 8 days and counting and are still no further forward. Having been told that they would be back working on 29/11/24, it is now 02/12/24, still no phones and no confirmation of when they will be back on?

Great Customer Service

We were very pleased with the service engineer Shane provided. He answered all our questions, was competent and completed fitting our new phones and phone system with very little disruption to our daily routine.

Would highly recommend the BDR Group.

Fantastic IT Support team

We made the change to BDR for our IT support a few months ago. The initial meeting with Jamie and Owen was very informative and the costs competitive. The switch happened relatively smoothly. The team that we work with have been great at sorting out our day-to-day issues and come back to us quickly with resolutions. This was definitely a change for the better.

We use BDR for our IT support and we…

We use BDR for our IT support and we decided to switch our company phone systems over too... Martin the engineer was super efficient,installed the new phones, dealt with the broadband signal, went above and beyond the call of duty. This was backed up by Jamie , New Business Development Manager who was both personable and obliging, and found a way around an initial glitch, which met with our entire satisfaction. in essence, we would not hesitate to recommend this group.

We had Martin visit the office to…

We had Martin visit the office to install new phones, the job took a few hours and although the office was congested and busy he fitted right in. He was friendly, helpful and very informative and also made the training very simple to understand - would recommend.

Suuplier Relationship

We have been partnered with The BDR group since 2017 working together to help their customers procure new utility contracts. They have embraced the product, built a team to do it and been a pleasure to work with.

Very poor communication and customer service

We have been looking at reviewing our telephony and are existing customers of BDR. It has been since the start quite a painful experience but trying to exit after giving more than what is required for termination we have hit a brick wall. They were asked after many attempts to quote for a new contract. After weeks we got something. Still no proper communication around our exit. as a charity we are spending precious staffing hours trying to communicate with a comms company not responding. This has been going on for some months!!

Poor ineffective after sales Avoid.

Bought and paying for 80mps download and 20mps upload in a business. November introduced digital systems relying on Internet. Speeds fall to 2/3mps making our voip system including video conferencing impossible site down for a month. They installed access points. These were not cometary wired in and so ineffective. BDR passed blame to BT Openreach. Still not resolved. No faith in them or their engineers now want to charge us fir early withdrawal from contract due to their inability to deliver contracted service. Avoid

Jacob Prescott is OUTSTANDING!

OUTSTANDING! The service I have received from Jacob Prescott has been absolutely fantastic!! His calm and helpful nature immediately put me at my ease. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his expertise was very clear from the offset. Jacob is quite literally the best IT professional that I have ever had dealings with. He is an absolute credit to BDR!

martin was an absolute star man

martin was an absolute star man, he was quickly able to identify the technical issue i was having, and was able to fix it promptly. So glad he was on the receiving end of the phone as i have been having issues for a while but unfortunately other technicians were not able to sort it out, where as martin was able to help at very short notice and able to fix the issue immediately. thanks martin i highly appreciate and thankyou for your service!

Great company for an employee and customer

I worked at BDR for 1 year and only left for my own personal reasons. BDR has extremely talented IT & Telecoms staff, great supportive management and a lovely Head Office in Stratford Upon Avon. I had the pleasure of working with Kyle who has extensive skills in IT and is such a nice guy always going the extra mile.

I always recommend BDR to companies I deal with for a 5* IT or Telecoms Support Service.

Determined to resolve my issue

After much perseverance Jerome managed to connect my external device to my work laptop, enabling me to work from home when required, which has given me essential flexibility in my work role. He stayed calm and determined throughout the process and would not leave the issue unresolved. He definitely went the extra mile for which I am very grateful!

Top Technician !

Our Technician Martin was friendly, approachable and helpful during the install of our new telephone system.
We were talked through every step, and easily introduced to our new capabilities and software.
Whenever I have had to contact BDR I have always found the staff to be responsive problem solvers and would recommend the service to others.

Jerome Should Win Employee of the Year!

Jerome is an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful member of the BDR team. Our office has had to temporarily move locations and he has been an critical link for our team getting reconnected to our systems online. We always know we can rely on Jerome at BDR!

This week I just began my new job and…

This week I just began my new job and had a lot of things that needed to be set up by BDR. Jerome has answered all of my questions and has been responsive and incredibly helpful! He is quick to jump on a call or answer an email and no question is too small and no ask is too big. I've worked with a lot of IT professionals in the past and Jerome is by far one of the best people I've worked with throughout my career!

Adam and Kyle rock

Adam Sheward is doing a great job as our account manager, responsive and proactive. Kyle Byron-Morgan is one of those people with an obviously deep technical understanding but able to communicate well across all levels, including mine.
We've been 5* happy with them since transitioning from another provider 6 months ago
