Good communications so kept fully informed. Delivery of queens as expected - on time and appropriately packed.
Only downside was that my Ligustica queens were not very well marked so after 11 days mark has almost disappeared.
Too early to assess quality of queens.

Ordered bee fondant but ticked box for collection rather than delivery. My mistake quickly spotted by them and I received an email querying collection/delivery. One quick phone call later I had paid for delivery and fondant arrived very promptly. What I liked was the no fuss, no bother and speedy way they resolved the problem. GREAT SERVICE.

First time using them for a mated AMM queen by post. I made the hive queenless a week before so introducing the new queen was a breeze. All looking good so far but it will be few weeks before I know if the offspring are nice calm things (or psychotic stinging mad things). :-)

Always good communication and service with Becky's Bees. UK Bred Mated Buckfast Queens, just ordered 1, well accepted on introduction. Very strong performer, so far. Ordered 6th Feb and delivered with good advance warning, around 1st June.

I am relatively new to beekeeping and this was the second time I have used Beckys Bees to buy queens.the lady I spoke to was genuinely nice and easy to talk to I required a queen and she gave me a choice of what she had at the time but I preferred to wait a little longer to have my personal selection the lady said the queen's were normally dispatched on a Thursday mine arrived on a Thursday with notice being given.5 stars for the extra mile

I made an error when ordering and did not correctly select Delivery so was invited to collect from Andover. That was not what I had intended. A quick phone call and all sorted. My smoker arrived the next day. What was good was the desire to understand why I made a mistake and the interest in adjusting the website so this is less likely to happen again.

Both caged queens and attendants came in undamaged and healthy. Followed advice on the website for introducing queens to the letter and both were laying nicely 7 days later. Both were marked, so I had to clip them, but Becky does state that the queens aren't clipped before they're caged, so fair enough.

Also ordered a box of Apiguard varroa treatment with a good long period on the sell-by date. Becky's Beezzz is a quality beekeeping supplier, they know what they're doing without alot of effing around – that's it really and it's all you need if you have a life to get on with outside beekeeping.

I asked for buckfast queens which are usually really yellow in colour. These are not, these appear to be brown in colour where buckfast queens are much brighter and vibrant in colour. Other than that they are generally a good size.

The only issue I had was; the postwoman posted the package containing a queen bee through my letterbox which is 5ft high, onto a hard floor. Consequently, I submitted a complaint at my local post office delivery depot.
Otherwise, the queen received was found to be fit and well, has been accepted by the bees in the hive and is a prolific layer.

Ordering my mated Queen was easy and I was kept informed on the progress of my order. As this was the first time I have purchased a new Queen I found Beckys guide to introducing a queen very helpful and I had no problems with the introduction - just need to wait another four or five days to see if all is well !

This is the first time I have ordered a queen. The person I spoke to at Beckys Beezzs was very helpful and took time to explain to ensure I purchased the best suited Queen from my colony. I requested a specific delivery day and that was fully satisfied.
