Ordered, received notification of delivery then received the oven shelves all in a weekend! Shelves are exactly the same as the Samsung shelf that came with our new oven. Can't fault the service, product or delivery. 10/10!!!

The first I knew about it was an email I mistook for a scam offering a refund.
No explanation as to why it was never delivered.
I won't be using buyspares again.

My inner oven door shattered recently. I thought I'd need to replace the oven as it is over 15 years old. BuySpares found the replacement door at a very reasonable price, and sent it quickly.

Product was exactly as ordered and arrived quickly. Easier to fit for a Rangemaster 90 Classic cooker with induction rings than video showed. Make sure you photo the electrical connections before you start.

On receiving my delivery from BuySpares I instantly knew something was amiss. I ordered a Dyson Power Brush Head for Dyson Cordless Vacuum, however, the box was too heavy. On opening, I discovered I had been sent a Vacuum motor for a mains powered Dyson.
Okay mistakes happen, things go wrong, the knack is how a company handles the issue.
After waiting 20 minutes for an agent on chat, I eventually got a response and after the usual back and forward was told it would take at least 48hrs to resolve my issue, and they would not send the correct part until then despite me sending pictures and details of what I received.
To add insult to injury, I went to answer the front door, and came back to the chat 4 minutes later, to find my chat had been terminated, and told to start the process again. Nope! , returning and ordering elsewhere.

My microwave glass plate cracked in half and I use my Combi oven for all my cooking. Panic Stations! Found this site and ordered replacement immediately same night and it was delivered in 24 hours, well packaged. It was expensive, tho, but wanted a genuine Panasonic one. Very pleased with service.
