I was a bit concerned when the order status stayed at "processed" for two days, but at 5.00pm on the second day I received an e-mail saying that the item had been dispatched, and it was received at 10.00am on the third.
I have to say that the item was very securely packaged, and was the best packed item I have ever received via the internet.
Excellent service.

Bought several items for my Karcher Steamer, some arrived within an acceptable time then two key items took 50 days and 62 days respectively to turn up and only then because I had rung several times to find out what was going. Have been told parts suddenly not available, parts discontinued - an obvious lie put right by a quick call to Karcher head office, and even then BuySpares tried to tell me I was wrong! Then they cancelled part of my order, no one knows why. Total incompetence, will certainly never use them again and I urge you not to!

I bought 2 Belling Control Knobs, I received dispatch note over 2 weeks ago and I still do not have Knobs, they charged me £4.20 for delivery !!!
The WORST company that I was dealing with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered a part for my tumble dryer, it came sooner than expected and now my drier is working again! I also found their website easy to use !!

Just wanted to say a quick thank you.
I ordered our replacement washing machine door seal on Saturday and when I got home from work this evening it was there.

Ordered item advertised as being available. Order status still 'Processing' after 8 days. Checked website and item no longer available so fired off an email and followed up with a phone call and was told item was no longer available. It would have been nice if the web site had been correct originally and also to have been informed the item was unavailable. Telephone call was dealt with politely as was subsequent email confirming order had been cancelled. However I can't recommend a company that advertise items that aren't available and then don't inform you of this after an order is placed.

Having ordered the part a week ago, paid top postage fees and telephoned a customer services operator whose manner was bordering on rude, I checked the website today and found that my order hasn't even been processed!
On phoning customer services to seek answers (politely) the customer services representative hung up on me!
The order has been cancelled.

I was able to identify on the buyspares web site the model number of my integrated fridge freezer (20 years old) and order the necessary hinges on-line on Monday evening at 11.00pm and received delivery on Wednesday morning. That's good service.

I placed an order for a sparepart for our dishwasher and although the item was shown as available for immediate delivery, this was not the case.
Now, after more than 5 days after the dispatch note I have been told that I now have to wait until 10 days has passed, just incase the part turns up. This is so buyspares can make a claim with Royal Mail.
So in effect I am being penalised for an agreement between buyspares and the Royal Mail.. How wonderful.
I am sure that there are many customers who are happy with Buyspares, but this is my opinion on recent dealings with them.

Despite cancelling my order by telephone and e-mail within 2 hours of placing it, it was still processed and received 3 days later.
More annoying, when I received my refund I had been charged both delivery and return postage.

I placed an order for an item showing as "in stock - next day delivery available". 3 days later i checked the progress of my order and it was still "processing". I checked the product again and it was still showing as in stock.
A full week later I still hadn't received the part so I checked again and same situation, order processing, item showing as in stock. I contacted customer support via the online form asking that they cancel my order if the part is not really in stock. I received a ticket saying i would receive a response within 48 hours. I received no response in that time frame (and as yet have not).
I finally rang the support line only to be told my order had been cancelled.
So I can only conclude that the part wasn't and is still not in stock despite the site still saying otherwise.
For me good customer service does not include misleading stock availability or poor communication.

I thought companies like this no longer existed. I can't praise them enough.
I managed to source an item which I'd given up hope of finding, bought it at a really good price, item arrived next day and the customer services followed my order up with regular updates.
Thanks BuySpares. Keep up the good work, I shall be returning in the future when another of my appliances decides to just give up on me
