Superb service from Steve and the team. Went above and beyond to help me sort out palisade fencing. Even approached whilst waiting for stock to be brought around by another member of staff asking if I needed help. That’s what service is all about. We ordered Featheredge fence panels last year but needed to finish off this year. We phoned the branch in Maidstone and the order was quickly placed (Glen Extance) and delivery organised. Good quality fence panels which weather beautifully. Buy cheap and buy twice so get it right the first time! Really pleased with the service from the branch and the delivery driver.

We phoned through an order for fence panels this morning following a storm. Not only were they delivered the same day, which was great. Also, our doorbell was not working so we were not aware that that the delivery had arrived. By the time we got to the door, the delivery driver, Anne, had already unloaded the panels and neatly stacked them on our drive! Wow, what a star, amazing service. Would highly recommend.

Great advice on the telephone and great website, only downside could not book a delivery day, they do phone you and ask which day, after buying items. Delivery was all good and driver very friendly and helpful, put the items where asked too.

I received a call from the branch just after I placed the order to confirm the order and arrange a delivery date, that was really helpful. The delivery was very good and they helped to bring the materials to the back garden which they didn’t need to do but was a very helpful gesture. They have a large selection of products and were the only company I could find that stocked the size of timber I wanted. Ordered online and received a phone call within minutes to discuss the delivery which was very good as was the quality of the timber.
