costumer service is absolutely outstanding! respond time and is incredibly quick and always very helpful.
the only downside and i find is the price, and i understand that everything has become more expensive but we tried some other companies and they where half or more than half the price for a 2 day turnaround. and that is the reason i have only send pure peregrines this year as i have always had 100% accuracy with you guys.
but any birds that wasn't crucial i have send somewhere else, and they luckily came back accurate as-well.
3rd year i have been working with youbguys and honestly been a pleasure

its our first time working with chxout, they have been very helpful over the phone and email, being quick to respond and explaining the process. I like how they let you know the sample has arrived and so far have had results back, when they said they would. I've only had 1 sample back so far that they were not a 100% sure about, but were honest in letting us know. the video on the website was good too, just interesting to see how the process works. all in all a good experience with them so far, I'm yet to see how the payment process goes, with the account system, but I'm not worried, going on the service we have received up to now.

Five star service, fast and reasonably priced services
Very accurate results and even ran test again FOC when I wasn’t convinced of the initial result.

Always easy to deal with and quick timely results. The improvements in paying online this year have saved alot of time. Clear instructions of how to send samples and once you have used them they send sample equipment ready for the new season
