Fantastic company to deal with
I have order a number of items via the website and all have been perfectly delivered. Great service and prices

As a result of the superb service I had received I decided to get some new clubs custom fitted and travelled over 150 miles to meet Adam. It was a well worthwhile journey. Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and his expert and friendly advice resulted in a perfect set of clubs far superior to those I had been advised to get by another supplier. The custom fitting facility is superb and the shop is well worth a visit The other members of staff I met there were equally friendly and helpful.

I really cannot recommend this company highly enough. Also Adam is a real credit to them.

Two of my friends are already planning a trip to see Adam to get some new clubs after seeing mine and hearing of the exemplary service.

My wife ordered a pair of motocaddy electric mittens and the delivery was delayed due to carrier issues on Christmas eve, Although not the fault of the complete golfer shop a gentleman called Fenton dealt with the issue promptly and called me back as promised !

Wrong product shipped, ordered a driver but wrong flex sent, decided to keep product. Contacted them twice expecting at least an apology but nothing. Very poor customer service

excellent service with help to buy golf shoes. Such a difficult way to purchase on line but made simpler by good telephone assistance and free return policy. Next day delivery was perfect and easy to track, making the process much easier. I will continue to check the site for my next purchases.

Had an issue with a golf bag due to a manufacturers glitch bought from these guys. Emailed them along with a photograph of the problem. They were extremely quick in providing an exchange bag. Excellent swift service hassle free. I’ll definitely be using this company for future purchases.

Started using CompleteGolfer about 6 months ago and every experience just gets better. Cracking price matching and super fast delivery. I’d just purchased a new driver and could tell within first week that wasn’t the right spec for me (my fault) so used the 30 day club return policy. Spoke to store and arranged a new driver which arrived next working day. They also collected the one I was returning. Absolutely outstanding service. CompleteGolfer will be my first choice going forward. Super impressed.

Twice now I've booked a fitting through Complete Golfer (first for Driver and 4 wood, then last week for a driving iron). Each time I have been lucky enough to have David Bunker at Moor Park GC - he's superb. He uses the Trackman data brilliantly to get you fitted with the best possible tools. He's patient, knowledge and professional. I couldn't recommend the process more readily.

What fantastic service. Spent 90 minutes trying putters with help and advice from 3 staff including the manager, I actually didn't end up buying one as they help me find the right one but the correct length is no longer available from the manufacturer.

They were patient and knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into buying for the sake of it.

Special thanks to Toby for spending time locating certain models and helping me with specs.

Will certainly be going to them first in future. Well worth my 73 mile drive to go see them in Northwood.

Honestly the best golfing experience I’ve ever had (better than playing). Austin who was looking after me was phenomenal and so knowledgeable. I’m a restive newbie so he took me through all the gear and gave me some fantastic advice and now I’ve really felt my game go up a notch. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

I had a 18mth old sim2 driver that had bottom crown fall off. Emailed complete golfer next day they emailed me. I posted club to them Next day they sent it to Taylormade a week later I received a new stealth 2 driver from Taylormade It came without a headcover I said is this normal to complete golfer two days later a stealth 2headcover arrived from them. The service was excellent the best I’ve received from a golf company they deserve 5atars phil

I recently ordered two wedges after a great fitting session (plaudits Dave Bunker) and received a call late yesterday afternoon that they had arrived. I shared I am on a golf trip from this morning and Alex in the shop responded by personally delivering the clubs to my house last night. This was way beyond the call of duty, amazing service and really much appreciated.
