Absolutely love Craft Buddy, in Aug I bought the Lilo, Stitch, Groot and Large Angel crystal art buddies for my ieces birthday presents. They arrived with in a few days, quality is amazing she loved them.
Even dad liked them, their not really big so perfect for small art activities. I got the Stitch Christmas card for her too and again amazing quality. Yes I will be buying again

I started the Disney Diamond Art sticker book. Was very happy with the first few orders I placed. The last order there were several duplicates in two of the packs. I expected duplicates but not in the same pack of three. I contacted Craft Buddy about it and sent pictures of the two duplicates I received. They sent two replacements immediately. I was very impressed until I received them and they were the same stickers I had emailed them about. It has led me to finding another source as I don’t feel they really bothered with my original email.

Customer service especially from Meena very good. Finally got the order even though local shop. Let me down. I did not want to create a Klarna account, etc which is a pain in the neck. But many thanks to Meena.

Ordered a personalised crystal art canvas . Arrived safely within the stated timeframe. Product is just as good as any other canvas . Ordered the largest so there is plenty of detail and 39 different colours all with the DMC numbers in case of running out of any which is unlikely as there are masses!

I would give 10 or more star’s if i could for craft buddy, I’ve only on one occasion had something arrive faulty, but craft buddy team resolved this promptly. I will always recommend craft buddy too everyone. Thankyou for some fantastic products. Jules.

It's a fantastic product very easy to put together which then makes beautiful flowers . They are so realistic My friends and family especially our grandchildren love to make them. I shall soon have to order some more as they like to take them home for mum.

I have ordered several canvases as gifts for friends and several cards for people and I cannot fault the quality of them, I have only had one issue with one canvas and I contacted the customer service team. They replied back quickly and offered me a replacement or a refund. I took the replacement and it has arrived to me within a day.
100/10, will continue to order from them.

I have NEVER had a truly negative experience with Craft Buddy. The customer service, Meena, has ALWAYS quick to respond to the couple of issues I have had and PROMPTLY provides a resolution.
Craft Buddy's quality is phenomenal from the mounted canvases to the crystal projects and to my favorite, their glorious cards. They go the extra mile with many of their MDF products with painting the backs to reflect the front image which is wonderful to set on furntiure and not have to position the item so to not see the back.
OH! And the shipping is SUPERB! I often order from a US company & Craft Buddy at the same time and my CB items often arrives before the US item.

The presenter is the best. Very knowledgeable about your products and such a beautiful personality. She could sell fridges to Innuits! I love the diamond painting and probably have enough to last the rest of my life. It is such a calming hobby. Your Delivery service is excellent and well packaged.

I love this site I order Disney 100 years od=f wonder sticker/diamond art book and a lot of the diamonds arts stickers. I wouldn't go to any other company this is the best company out there. fast delivery too

Fantastic products, great customer service and fast delivery. I loved crystal art Nutcrackers that I ordered before Christmas and recently got the Christmas tree window kit and some stamps to use spare crystals I have.

Unfortunately I didn't receive my goods as they chose to use fedex instead of the stated royal mail. Customer services were friendly enough though but I really did want the products.

I was really pleased with my order I ordered and within 30 minutes I had a message that it had been dispatched and I received it the next day.
The quality of the products was amazing and I love that the cards have so many colours because of the shading so worth the money for the better quality and all licensed so win win in my eyes

Absolutely love that I can introduce my granddaughter to diamond painting with the sticker book and mini paintings. The fact that they are Disney really made her that much more excited to do them. It's a great product!

Bad because they do not specify well what a product contains or how to acquire everything. For example, I bought a Disney album and it does not specify that it did not come with stickers or how to acquire them.

We live in the United States and a few of the local craft stores have a very small variety of the little crystal art buddies that my daughter loves. However, they cost A LOT over here. We found the QR code on the packaging and I was able to order direct from the craft buddy company and I'm so happy we can get them from here instead of the local stores due to cost and availability over here.
