Expert sales person

Young male sales person was genuinely friendly, informative and interested in what I wanted, and never tried to pressure me into buying a laptop that was too expensive or complicated.
I told him what I needed, and he explained everything clearly about the laptop I was looking at.
I don't know much about computers, but he treated me with respect, kindness, and courtesy.
A fantastic sales experience!

Currys drumkeen never disappoints

Currys drumkeen never disappoints. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It's painless and everything gets put through with ample explanation of the Ts and C's. Go to Currys for everything now- phones, laptops, tablets, appliances. Can't remember the young fellas name, but he sold me a hoover washing machine. Fantastic service

Charlie store assistant and Martin store manager.

Staff member Charlie was very helpful and helped me with his product knowledge.
Was having trouble with an on line purchase,popped into my local Currys in Newport Isle of Wight.
Charlie helped me with purchase,was a seamless purchase.
Martin store manager helped as well on final payment in store payment method.
Please keep up the good work. Thanks Gerard Jones.

10/10 for service and product

A last minute Christmas purchase that was ordered online for instore collection. It was available sooner than expected and the staff member in the Ashford store was so helpful and cheerful! 10/10 especially on xmas eve which must be manic for any shop staff! And I have a very happy teenager chuffed to bits with his screen!

Good selection of printers

Good selection of printers, fair pricing. The 'Tech Guys' would do well to gen up a bit more on the product lines though.
I nearly didn't purchase the printer I'd decided on, due to what appeared to be a lack of connectivity.
However, after reading the manufacturer's spec sheet, I returned the next day & made the purchase.

Excellent service

Excellent service. The salesman (Simon) at Portsmouth was very informative & honest. He listened to what I was looking for & I was sold a tumble dryer that suited my needs & not pushed into a sale I would regret later in time. A big warm smile throughout, with a lot of care & patience.

ASUS PRIME Z890-P WIFI LGA1851 Motherboard

I bought this motherboard for upgrade to Windows 11. Asus Z890 Prime WIFI was the motherboard I was looking for. It is an excellent board with all required USB Ports (2.0,3.0 and 3.2) along with the Thunderbolt Port. My computer is now running faster with Core Ultra 5 processor. This ATX board has the PCI 5.0 M.2 SSD slot and planning to upgrade to M.2 SSD sooner. Overall I am happy with the new motherboard and collection service provided by Currys.

Ordered in store for collection within…

Ordered in store for collection within 48 hours. Item arrived as promised and collection made.
Slight delay as item had only just been delivered to the store by DPD and so not logged onto the store system as received.
Soon rectified and transaction concluded.
Overall, very happy with purchase and service.

In store is a joy.

My recent instore purchases before Christmas were a joy at the Stamford branch. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and easy to deal with. A tv and an air fryer were bought on two separate visits.

Excellent extended warranty that gives full cost of replacement appliance.

I had a tumble dryer that I bought from Currys and took out an extended warranty.
It went wrong and needed a part. Because the engineer could return to fix it within 7 days as the policy states Currys was as good as their word and sent me a voucher for the full cost of a new appliance. I ordered online the day I got the voucher emailed to me and it was delivered the next morning.

The staff at the Eastern Ave

The staff at the Eastern Ave, Romford branch of Currys were very helpful.
They were able to get my washing machine delivered next day and organise broadband for my last minute home move, thank you guys!

Ordered online and was ready before Christmas
Went in store to pick up and the lady that served me couldn't do enough.. she made my day .. such great service
Also while I was waiting for my item another employee approached me to ask me if I was being looked after
A really nice touch and good experience.. very impressed

Disgusted with damaged goods received

Disgusted with damaged goods received. On checking the box no damage however item inside badly dented and chipped. Which to me was processed at their end knowing it was damaged. This was a Christmas present for my grandson and I’m now being told I will have to wait for item to be returned and processed before being refunded which could take up to 10 days. Curry’s this is appalling service and I can assure you it’s the last time I will shop with your company.

Can you please educate your marketing…

Can you please educate your marketing team. Epic deal, epic saving, epic epic epic....the words definition is long and arduous. Like your none deals. Everything you sell is way more expensive then elsewhere. A simple search will reveal much better deals. I'm really surprised you haven't gone the same way as Comet but if you can't even understand the definition of a simple word I'm sure it won't be long

Poor service and stock-control

No staff available to seek help from as usual- waited 20 mins.
Whilst in the shop I ordered and paid for microwave online as was told I could collect it within the hour.
Order was confirmed by email.
30 mins. later they send an order cancellation without any explanation
I am sure they wonder why people use Amazon which were cheaper but I prefer to buy locally when I can but not from here anymore I am afraid.

Outstanding sales assistant then everything was awful

Outstanding sales assistant - she really knew the range of products well. Sales Manager was amazing at facilitating my purchase delivery which included him actually driving to another store to collect it. Real shame that neither were on duty when I collected it because nobody rang me to advise it was in store and the manager on duty was highly unpleasant, unhelpful, arrogant and obnoxious.
