I was fired from my job for no reason. I sent you a lot of documents, evidence. I think you didn't even look at them, you didn't open your emails 🤦 I only received a response after 6 weeks that I am in quarantine. .I thought I would get justice, waiting for a favorable response 🤦 So all the documents you ask for are sent for nothing 🤦

My boss cheated me by not giving me the right money when i got sick. The help provided by Det Faulig Hus was marvellous and boss was compelled to follow the rules and hard earned money was recovered. Hats off to Det faulig hus team for good service

I have been a member for a few years, I've never needed help from the union so far but i heard from a relative they are really helpfull. I have insurance from them and is very good and cheap. Nothing to complain so far.

SCAM!

This is the worst company ever.

They offer English-language services that simply don’t exist. They claim that foreigners who don’t speak Danish are welcome, yet they don’t have any staff who speak English, and all information and messages are in Danish. If you make a mistake, it’s considered your fault, not theirs.

There’s no communication whatsoever between them and the job center, nor among their own staff; they seem completely unaware of what is going on.

Every person you speak to gives you a different answer. Some have no idea what’s happening, while others assure you that things are fine—only for you to later receive a letter saying otherwise.

You’re paying for private insurance, yet every month, they pressure you to take any job instead of offering real assistance.

Lucid expectations to questions.
Yeah when you’re confused or want to know something about your union it’s important that the person at the other side put you through to your questions. This can happen when one is competent of his or her work and moreover love his work.

I was able to receive help from Zahara 1�7/h2>

I was able to receive help from Zahara and she made everything very clear for me and easy to understand. She Explained everything all the way through and was able to explain it to me with great english because I am not a native danish speaker. She was also very nice and sweet and made me (the customer) feel prioritized which i value in a good customer service experience. Overall I was very pleased to have her help me understand everything. :)

I had the pleasure to be contacted by Christian Kjær Kristensen. His approachable contact was informative, professional and personal. For someone new to Denmark, I had many questions and doubts regarding unions and the insurance scheme as a whole in Denmark. Christian was knowledgeable and took the time to explain thoroughly and answer my 1000 questions. He was patient and professional at all times. I had to use the unemployment insurance when my contract finished until I got a new job. The people of Det Faglige Hus were very helpful in person and by phone every time.

Horrible customer service, refusing to speak english, reduing dagpenge because of my age when they dont even have correct info about it. They reduced my dagpenge by 50% because they think im under 25, and im over 25. Then they refuse to pay money back for those hours.
Its a complete scam company that you have to avoid, maybe if you are danish they are not r4c1st to you, otherwise choose different one.

This workers they are professional !!! I think is more then 10 years I have bean, whit them ❤️❤️❤️They really try to help you out and find a best solution to come at work us fast is possible. I recommended 100%
