Only issue was one of the two van delivery drivers was great and courteous the other was not and drove over our lawn knocking a post loose .

Really good customer service. Showroom is beautiful and they have lots on display which helps when deciding on colours etc. Communication regarding delivery of cabinets and worktop templating/fitting also good. Some cabinets had a few marks on the corners but hopefully can be fixed with a bit of paint. Would use DIY kitchens again.

We were recommended DIY Kitchens, and now recommend them to others! Great showroom (we visited twice for ideas and to help with planning). The process of ordering samples was quick, easy and reasonable. Our kitchen fitter massively helped with placing our order. The process of delivery dates being vague was slightly frustrating but we planned around that so it didn't cause us a problem. Kitchen fitter put it together with no snagging problems. Kitchen has been in for 8 months and we are still so pleased with it!

I am so impressed with the quality of my kitchen! There is an impressive range of styles and accessories to choose from and I could get everything I wanted. Everyone who has seen my kitchen cannot believe the price as it looks so much more expensive and much better than other makes. Communication and the design process was easy and delivery was on time and with lots of care. DIY kitchens were recommended to me by my builder and I trawled the internet for reviews and could NOT find a negative one and I totally see why!

Very powerful design tool, although sometimes slightly odd behaviour where basket randomly emptied. Staff were careful to help ensure final design would fit with our measurements and room layout which was great. Quality represents good value for money. After 11 months everything is still in good condition. We also used a few years ago for a new utility room, so this is our second time using DIY Kitchens, and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!

Returned some laminate worktops for a refund approx 4 weeks ago. No refund despite me ringing 4 times and being promised a phone call back and emailing 5 times. It’s been 4 WEEKS! They have hundreds of pounds of my money. In all honesty I have been using DIY KITCHENS for a few years as a joiner and they have been progressively getting worse for this sort of thing. Their systems for communication for this sort of thing are so bad that it’s actually not worth buying from them because they WILL supply damaged/missing items; it’s happened every kitchen that’s been delivered (I’ve had well over 10 full kitchens from them).
Latest kitchen I paid for small van delivery and was delivered in a large truck, where is my refund for this?

The Company was extremely helpful when we were designing our kitchen, always replying promptly to the various issues which we raised with them.
The kitchen units arrived on schedule and were delivered to the rear of our property as requested.
The units are solidly constructed and come fully assembled. Overall the kitchen is excellent value for money.

I was skeptical at first - the idea of buying an an entire kitchen online seemed a bit ridiculous. So, I took the train from London up to their showroom in South Kirby, West Yorkshire. I tested out all the cabinets and handles, and they looked as good as any of the more expensive brands. They delivered when they said they would. They were pretty quick to replace or supplement things when we noticed a missing hinge, or needed a new door. I found them professional throughout. The ordering process is a bit scary, but they will walk you through everything on the phone. The builders liked the pre-made cabinets - very easy to install.

DIY Kitchens have an excellent online tool that enables you to design your ideal kitchen from your desktop. The products and ranges are vast and you can work quickly to find the ideal configurations. Post sales support is also very responsive and I highly recommend the team on this point. No ask was ever too much and everything was delivered on point and to our expectations.

MyDIY Kitchen came ready constructed with wooden doors painted in the farrow and ball colour of my choice. I was able to purchase big drawers, a corner larder, pull out tall units etc, at less than half of the price quoted by Magnet. I have now had my kitchen a year, and have not had a single issue. My extension builder fitted it so quickly, and was so impressed with the quality, that he bought one for himself the next week!

We installed a two colour kitchen, Cento Cashmere and Cento Halifax Oak. The design process took me a little while to get the hang of but it is really quite easy to use. We purchased all of the necessary appliances through DIY kitchens and chose AEG. I think the prices were extremely competitive.
I used laminate worktops which look fabulous and were very affordable.
Errors on either my part or DIY’s part were dealt with by customer services very promptly and the staff were always very friendly and helpful.
I live in London but visited the showroom several months before needing the kitchen. There displays are wonderful and staff very helpful. I think we saved somewhere between 30-50% on other high street kitchen companies.
Excellent quality and very good value. Would definitely recommend and have no hesitation in using them again.

After a visit to the Pontefract showroom, I was sold.
What amazing kitchens. So many beautiful styles to choose from, I was spoiled.
The online planner was a fantastic tool and to be able to see an overview in 3d was an absolute treat.
The online & telephone support was super.
I would very highly recommend this company for anybody looking for style without compromise. The quality vs the price is unbeatable and the service, from planning through to delivery & after sales, second to none.

Our second Christmas in our new kitchen, and my wife is still delighted. We appreciated the computer design planner - spent a month on it, then drove (nearly 3 hrs) to the showroom to ensure our choice was optimum.
Delivery was excellent - two great guys. Packaging very protective. Our fitter set to. Our only (trivial) issue was he cut the screws for the door handles too short, and we’ve had to replace the screws for two door handles with longer ones. Otherwise all works well, paint work robust. Still not losing weight, though.

We spent lots of time researching and deciding on our kitchen and having used other kitchen suppliers previously, were keen to try DIY Kitchens, especially as there were not many other in-frame kitchens available on the high street. DIY kitchens were fantastic; the online design tool really helped us map the space out and delivery was great. All damaged items were resolved quickly and even ones we found at a later date were resolved. Would use DIY Kitchens again!

I've never designed a kitchen before and never thought I could until I used the tool on the website. I really enjoyed making my own design. The team check it carefully for you before you place your order to make sure you have everything you need.
There were one or two issues with damage to items during transit and these were replaced quickly. The after sales team were very responsive
Our builder recommended DIY kitchens having fitted several previously and said he had been impressed with the quality. We are delighted with our new kitchen and it's quality. It was even better that it was at an affordable price.

We had a great experience with DIY Kitchens, we opted for the hemsley in the kitchen and Norton in the utility room. I found the online planner easy to use with a little practice and enjoyed the experience of planning everything myself. Loved visiting the showroom, it gives you so many good ideas I hadn’t thought of. Overall we had over 60 items delivered and only had 2 minimal issues which were sorted quickly. The kitchen has now been fitted for 12 months and the quality of it is amazing, everyone loves it and we couldn’t be happier.

Had our kitchen around a year now and very happy with the quality of it. My father in law installed it and did so relatively easily, with all pieces included (didn’t need to chase up any missing parts). The colour of our cupboards (dark blue with cooped handles) is beautiful and it was very useful being able to design it all exactly how we wanted it online.

Very impressed with DIY kitchens, our fitters commented on the quality and the ordering process was seamless. Customer services were very helpful too and were able to advise us before and during the fit of any queries we had. Very happy with our new kitchen and would recommend.
