I'm very happy with East End Prints. Our first print arrived promptly but with some damage. I immediately emailed the company and sent photos. Their response was positive and helpful and they clearly have integrity and take pride in providing a genuine and honest service. Another print was dispatched to us straightaway, and we are delighted with it. I'd certainly use them again for art work and recommend them highly.

My print arrived promptly and was very well packaged. The print itself is lovely, just as described and looks amazing. Love that the prints are so light and easy to hang on one hook. Am already looking for the next one and would definitely recommend East End Prints!

Many times or sometimes it is hard to find what we plan to purchase, when I saw the pictures on your website I liked them but wondering whether they will be available, you delivered what I wanted to have, thank you.
The delivery was a surprise, I’ve been informed, Royal Mail will deliver it, without specific date though, I could have missed the postman fortunately though I was home.

I had ordered the same prints from JL but realised they were so much cheaper from EEP. The prints themselves are fab - really vibrant. For the money, I would have preferred a card border and a heavier frame - or at least a better hanging option - the ones on my frames had to be prised away from the hardboard backing. Otherwise, would have been 5*

The item was despatched promptly, but there was some confusion over my address by the courier. I eventually received my item, which I was very happy with. The item was well packaged and consisted of a well-made canvas print of a well-known Mondrian painting. The colours on the website accurately reflected the colours of the actual print. The seller also included wall fixings.

When I received word that Evri had my parcel I was absolutely gutted, even more so when they ended up delivering my prints to a random building that I didn’t have access to. The team from East End Prints (shout out Ben!) were great though! Their customer service was fantastic and provided me with options to ensure that I wasn’t put out. When I got the prints they were perfect - great quality and a great addition to my walls! Would definitely order again!

I was also able to take advantage of a discount code Very easy to customise your choice of print. Delivery was within a few days of ordering, and the product was very carefully packaged.

We liked the wine club print so I bought it, but whilst browsing, I noticed a print that was on the wall above my lovely 🥰 lady whilst we were holidaying on the Isle of Wight in a great restaurant- called On The Rocks - and it was taken on her birthday 🎂

So I bought that print too, and she loved it!

Great service. Was really looking forward to my print being delivered and gutted when it arrived with cracked glass. Service was polite and responded straight away to getting it replaced. Didn't have to wait too long before getting the framed print on my wall. Overjoyed with it.
