My go to for repairs

I have used e-spares before. This time they weren't the cheapest, but I could feel confident that the parts they provided would fit my appliance and I was able to repair two different functions of my 27 year old dishwasher successfully. The links to "How to" videos for the part you have bought are always helpful, although I had to watch videos before I ordered my parts as I needed to diagnose the problem and assess whether a repair was within my skill set first. The parts came swiftly and safely, which is always important

Excellent service from Espares once again

Correct part supplied by Espares next day, as promised. Video very helpful in fitting new lock to dishwasher door, which is now working perfectly again! We've used Espares several times over years and always had good service.

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a drain hose for my dishwasher, but unfortunately when it arrived, I realised I had ordered the wrong product. I contacted customer service, who were excellent. I was given a no hassle refund and didn't even have to return the product. Well done, so nice to receive such excellent customer service with no quibble. Would highly recommend this company

Great service and I would definately…

Great service and I would definately recommend.
I ordered the item on a Friday on standard 3-5 day delivery and was amazed when it turned up on the Sunday evening.
Also, I was kept up to date with my order tracking from the beginning.
I have used this company before and was pleased then too.
Unfortunately, I need to return the item, so will see how they are with returns shortly.

Great place to find spare appliance parts.

The website is very well laid out to find the correct spare part for your appliance.

The fitting videos are very helpful, I surprised myself by successfully replacing a broken tumble dryer belt.

Would definitely use again!

Great service, every time.

Great service every time I’ve used eSpares. Always prompt service and very impressed with the latest purchase of oven knobs. Weren’t expecting them to arrive until after Christmas due to bank holidays and limited deliveries but they came with 48 hours of ordering. Well impressed and thank you.

Christmas saved by eSpares

No woman wants the element in her cooker to explode just a few days before Christmas.
I knew what I had to do and I ordered a new element from eSpares and 2 days later the element arrived and everything was back to normal.
Thank you for saving Christmas for me and all my family.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. Staff were extremely helpful. Product arrived well packaged. Royal mail failed to deliver the first parcel but Espares dispatched a replacement immediately which was delivered the next day. Thank you to all their staff.

Sorry but customer service for contact…

Sorry but customer service for contact is disgusting. Telephone with a high charge call rate. Amazed to see ESpares part of Screwfix who I’ve always been good till now. Returned a part that was meant to be compatible to the cooker I needed the element for but wasn’t and sent it back and still to hear of a repayment. Part sent back as received so is fully usable. I look forward to hearing on this otherwise a zero score would be warranted.

I opted for next day delivery payment as I really needed the part
It didn’t arrive when it should’ve
After making contact to ask where the item was I was awarded a £3 compensation
Not ideal and not totally satisfied which is were every company should want a customer to be
