Sadly not a great experience this time

Sadly not a great experience this time. Having watched the video on how to replace the shaft and bearing etc in my dryer, the kit used (in the video) is not available to buy. The kit supplied included some parts for the job but most were unsuitable so I had to order separate parts and return my original purchase. The help line number is nonexistent and the email support line took days to respond. And I'm still waiting for confirmation that a refund will be paid on the original kit purchased.

Excellent service

Great service. Easy to use website for ordering the part i needed. Part arrived next day as stated. Video on website shows how to replace the grill element which I ordered on my cooker. Would recommend eSpares.

Trustworthy company

This company sells genuine parts not rip off inferior products that aren't up to the job and are a complete waste of money

Rubbish service.

They need to improve their communication as at present it’s abysmal. They offer next day delivery but use Royal Mail 24 who have an equally abysmal record of delivering the next day. They let me down miserably.

Unfortunately we do not have our own courier service, therefore rely on third-party delivery companies to deliver parcels to our customers when expected. If there is a delay to the delivery of any items we will however do whatever we can to put it right for the customer.

A full delivery refund has now been issued as soon as we were made aware of the delivery delay. In addition to this we have also passed your comments on to Royal Mail.

Another quickly shipped quality part

Another quickly shipped quality part - that worked first time. the instructional video wasn't perfect, as my own oven was older, so had a different release mechanism for the fan motor. once i figured that out, all was good. thanks again!

Ordered a part for my fridge door.
Arrived quickly and great communication from the company.
Only issue was it was a bit pricey for a door shelf.
All good though and I know where to come in future for parts if needed.

Returns process

I ordered two replacement items for my dishwasher then realised they were not required so contacted the company 1 hour
later to cancel the order. 6 hours later I received a text advising the order had been dispatched. I have now gone through the returns procedure for correction. I appreciate the speed taken to fulfill the order but was surprised the cancellation process wasn’t linked with the ordering process. Cancellation process appears to go through service department which takes time to line up with orders . I am sure the returns process works fine, I was confused that cancelling the order after only one hour couldn’t be actioned quicker.
I paid for a 48 hour delivery of these parts but they arrived a day late, yet the data received stated they had been dispatched on the day ordered??
