Easy to park outside. Good selection of furniture styles. Relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of staff around and available to answer questions. Lift access to upper floor for bedroom furniture and mattresses. Lukasz was really helpful with my purchase and providing me with options, checking stock and getting my purchase into my car for me too made my shopping experience easy & stressless plus the kind offer of tea or coffee while he checked stock levels was much appreciated.

Donna at the Boucher Road store showed excellent customer service. She made us aware of existing offers within the store and even offered an additional 10% discount on an already impressive saving of 70%. Myself and my mum left the store very happy customers, with some lovely decorations for Christmas 2025!

Great range of products. I'm delighted with my table and chairs, good quality. Theresa kept me well informed and was very helpful. Only downside was the time taken for delivery, I bought it at the end of August and didn't receive it until Xmas Eve!

Great experience purchasing bedroom furniture with help from staff member Joshua Watson. We had picked EZ Living as the furniture seemed good quality and Joshua was very helpful in pairing colours across a couple of ranges.

We were looking for bar stool type chairs for our new kitchen island , had tried a few other stores using an online search followed by a store visit to try out the seats. EZ living Interiors are the very best by a country mile . Their Holywood Exchange store and Boucher Road Stores have a full range of bar stool type chairs for their customers to try out for size and comfort. Samantha Moffett was very helpful from getting us different chairs to try out, to taking our order and arranging delivery to our house by DPD . This was all ordered on Wednesday evening and delivered to our house by Saturday lunchtime. Well done EZ living Interiors on a job done how furniture retailing should be done.

Laura in EZ living in Coleraine store was so helpful, she went above and beyond advising my mother and I on Christmas tree decorations and being so patient when we kept asking her to to confirm prices! I have visited EZ living several times lately and was assisted by a gentleman called David.
David was always pleasant and gave us good information on couches and walked us around the store.He was able to answer all our questions with in depth knowledge.
He was very patient and we eventually got a great deal on a beautiful suite.

I have been in the Boucher store a few times recently, lovely shop and staff. Firstly my daughter bought a sofa, we dealt with Cloe who was very friendly and helpful. I returned a few days with my friend interested in tables when I noticed a suite not seen in the first visit so the third visit bought the suite. Cloe was again very helpful, looking forward to delivery.

My husband and I were interested in purchasing a sofa. Our sales advisor Edwin Tease was excellent. He went the extra miles to help us get what we wanted. His help and advice was invaluable. Sofa arrived safely, I received phone call from Aaron F & James M 10 minutes prior to arriving which was greatly appreciated as it give me time to prepare for their arrival. 2 very pleasant friendly guys who swiftly brought sofa in got it unpacked and set up. Checked all was functioning and there was no damage before they left. Cleaned up took all the rubbish with them. Very straight forward delivery and I can only highly recommend my buying/delivery experience with EZ 😀. Thank yous.
