Have purchased our new sofa from the Holywood store . Ordered in September and told we could expect delivery before Christmas. Got the phone call last week from Michael to say it was at the depot, and should be with us by 12/12/20 So here's hoping.. the store is inviting and staff friendly and helpful... here's to our next purchase 🙌

We just bought all our bedroom furniture in their Holywood Store. The furniture they have is beautiful and very stylish. All the staff was very helpful and flexible with our personal situation (completion date pushed back, etc). We will start furnishing other rooms soon and they will be the first shop we will go to! Visited Hollywood Exchange recently to look for a new bed... interior displays were spectacular.
The bedroom displays are stunning, lots of little details added.
Samantha was extremely helpful and gave good advice re choice of mattresses. She explained the delivery process very well.
Would highly recommend a visit to this store.

My husband and I visited your Boucher road store to look at mattresses. We were helped by Julie who’s customer service was exceptional. Julie explained all the different mattresses, her product knowledge and guidance was fantastic. We looked at other retailers but came back to ezyliving because of Julie as she had been so helpful.

Bought a table from ez living holywood. The table had a hairline crack across it. Was told to email customer service and eventually after many emails i was told that a replacement table top would be on it's way. When it arrived and fitted the table top doesn't close properly and it is a different material than the original, so i contacted customer service again and eventually they sent the same people out to try and fix the table which they were unable to do. They took a few photos and left. 4 weeks later i still hadn't received any update about getting the table sorted. I rang ez living in Holywood and was told to email customer service again which i did AGAIN and that was over a week ago and still no reply. I paid £1999 for a table that is faulty and not getting anywhere to get it sorted. Please advise who i can contact that would actually help sort the problem. It has put me off buying anything from ez living again.

Visited the Holywood Store today and bought a lovely desk in the black Friday sales. The showroom is beautiful and very good prices for the quality. Have always found the staff to be very nice and helpful even when just in having a browse. Teresa was very helpful, friendly and efficient with the paperwork! Delighted that the store will hold my new desk in their storage until I can collect it in the new year and move house. Would recommend this store to friends and family and will no doubt be back to buy more gorgeous pieces!

I visited the Boucher store today and purchased the Harlow 2.5 & 2 seater sofa, I have dealt with Philip the past few days who was absolutely fantastic - going out of his way to accommodate me with every bit of information & guidance needed to purchase my perfect sofa. Given the current situation that is ongoing at the minute affecting time scales & delivery dates Philip was able to find me the closest possible date and done everything & more, which was way past his job role - taking various phone calls, measurements etc to meet my needs. I appreciate all the help he has given to me over the last few days & is an absolute credit to the team & store. Thank you again for all your help!

Very unhappy as my sofa became hard and uncomfortable within a few months. Ez living sent a guy to look at it but then i heard nothing. Have sent a few friendly emails and still NO REPLY. I rarely post a negative review, usually positive but I am so confused and disappointed with this company.

Very polite, helpful young guy. This store has got to be one of the nicest stores in NI .. layout, stock, prices & staff.

We have been in Boucher Road a few times, very indecisive customers and very patient staff. We finally decided on our new bed with the look taking priority, but when it came to a mattress we were clueless, Jonny asked us questions to gauge what we needed and we trusted his judgement as we tried out different examples, and heard about delivery times in these uncertain times. Bed and mattress now bought, looking forward to a great nights sleep! Thanks Jonny!!!

I visited the store on several occasions last week to view a couple of pieces of furniture and each time the staff were friendly and attentive but not overbearing. On my last visit Jennifer was extremely helpful in finding out details and delivery dates. Will definitely be back to buy more. Thanks

Michael McM in Belfast came to the rescue when I really was searching for the impossible in a new dining table! Our shopping experience with him was great, he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, asked the right questions and gave us lots of suitable options. He had the patience of a saint when I was struggling to land on a particular shade of cement, who knew it could be so difficult?!?! Top marks for his follow up mails and calls, very personable guy and a credit to the store. I'll definitely be making the trip up from Dublin again (when we can!) to this store & Michael specifically.
