Fonehouse and Sales Advisor Callum didn’t disappoint with a great deal!

Fonehouse were great, sorted me out with an upgrade with my current mobile provider for much less than direct with the provider or anyone else for that matter. Sales Advisor Callum Forbutt made everything so simple and walked me through the process which was extremely quick. This is the 2nd mobile phone contract I’ve taken out with Fonehouse. Would highly recommend them and Callum.

Calum Forbutt was excellent

Calum Forbutt was excellent, moved through the information quickly BUT not rushed. Really pleased with offer and I’m looking forward to getting my new phone. If I can also say, when Calum initially called I was out and not free, I asked for him to call me back in half an hour, he was very nice about it and did call me back when asked to - nice customer service from Calum.

Very very bad

Very very bad. Still haven't got my phone. The delivery driver from DPD never came to my house and changed the delivery status. Saying "customer didn't provide the right verification code", where in reality he never came to the address. Terrible service and extremely poor response by DPD. Called Fonehouse, they responded by saying " They can't do anything "

I do apologise that you have not had the best experience with Fonehouse!

I can see that our courier have stated they attempted delivery on the 10/01/2024 however you are stating otherwise so I do apologise if that was the case. Unfortunately in circumstances such as this we are restricted to what we can do due to it being with the courier service. Joshua Henry was a great help with…

Joshua Henry was a great help with managing my phone upgrade, making sure I got a good deal and didn't feel pressurized. Also appreciated his feedback on which was the key differences in phones to choose from and what he'd go for.

Strongly recommend fonehouse

I ordered a new phone with fonehouse on a Sunday and it came on the Monday. The headphones were missing but when I called the customer service team Joanne was really helpful and advised they were out of stock and would be delivered as soon as they were back in. She was very patient and efficient. Thanks Joanne. Strongly recommend fonehouse!

I received a call from Jake Wright…

I received a call from Jake Wright regarding my upgrade, he called at the perfect time as my phone screen had recently been damaged.

He was polite and helpful throughout the process especially with any additional help i needed and really made the process straightforward.

I am so impressed with FoneHouse!

My initial phone call to FoneHouse was answered almost immediately, and I got to speak to a real person straight away, which is a rarity these days! I was able to be put straight through to Daniel when I asked, as he had previously phoned me with an upgrade offer. Daniel made the whole process of upgrading smooth and seamless and managed to secure me an even better deal than he had previously offered. He was courteous, patient and well-informed. He needs a pay rise!

A fantastic company to buy from.

A great choice of handsets available on most networks.
I found a really good deal by buying from here, a far better deal when compared with buying from the network operators.
I placed my order late one afternoon, on a Friday, my phone was delivered the following day, simply amazing!
I received regular updates, initially by email and then by text also.
I have purchased a phone previously from Fonehouse, which is why I returned.
A trustworthy and reliable company, who offer some great deals, I'm more than happy to recommend them.

Great deal, easy online process

The buying process online was easy and I felt I got a good deal. There was no immediate confirmation email but a quick message the next morning assured me of confirmation of the order.

The only issue I had was to do with DPD delivery, atrocious, but no fault of Fonehouse.

Seamless....

I've used Fonehouse several times now and it's a seamless process. Honest, prompt and efficient communication make dealing with Fonehouse an absolute pleasure!
Usually when you get the email from them stating the phone has passed inspection the cash is in your account the same day, I cannot fault Fonehouse in anyway shape or form 😀

Only giving them one star as I can’t…

Only giving them one star as I can’t leave a review without it. 5 days on from ordering my new phone I still haven’t received! Given two days and time slots for DPD yet it’s still not arrived. Lost £100’s as I use my phone for work and no one has been able to contact me as my number has been transferred over to a phone I do not have.

I have just tried giving you a call however I was not able to get through therefore I have also followed up with an email.

I do apologise for the delay with our courier, due to this delay we have raised an investigation and also sent out a replacement device to you. This was due for delivery today however they are now expereincing delays with the journey to your nearest depot. They have confirmed this should be delivered to you tomorrow now.

New phone delivered quickly

Purchased a Google Pixel 7a at a good price and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be. No issues whatsoever.
The website was straightforward to use, as was paying and the experience was as I would expect in these modern times.

Great price, even better service

Placed an order for a new phone today at a good price with good contract and accidently ordered the wrong colour. A couple of minutes on the phone to a UK fonehouse call centre (with no hold time) and customer service agent Joanne M, rectified my error with no stress or hassle. Very impressed and grateful for her help. This is my first time dealing with Fonehouse and have to say, so far im highly impressed. Very highly recommeneded, many thanks !!

Great service and very quick delivery.

I rang Fonehouse to discuss my options to upgrade to a new phone from a SIM only contract with a different provider. I spoke with Michael Collins who was very helpful and polite. I ordered a new phone on the Sunday afternoon and it arrived the next morning. Fantastic.
