Best prices and very fast delivery

I have ordered a new gear online, and it has been delivered to Croatia in 3 days… They have one of the best prices in Europe. I think I will stay with them for all next purchases. I would recommend this shop to everyone!!

Professionals

I can only comment about the purchase. Professionals. Fast and accurate. Polite and fast customer support to answer my questions. And it was a very expensive online purchase. Photographic items come at a premium price. Everything was flawless.

Met expectations - right product, right price

I was a little nervous about ordering from Foto Erhardt in Germany but they have met my expectations. I ordered a Hoya Nano HD MkII PL filter, which is not currently available in UK. The price from Foto Erhardt was slightly cheaper than UK prices, and the delivery was a little slow (5 days) - but the right product arrived without any fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

I have to say that my experience with…

I have to say that my experience with Foto Erhardt was super! Before one year I had bought a camera and 2 lenses , in a very competitive price and also they gave me 100 Euro gift for my next purchase. After that i bought a wireless microphone.Both products came in perfect condition.

When I do buy in Germany, it will always be Foto Erhardt.
My last four orders in Germany were from them.

Buying is so easy if you pay with Paypal.
And all my orders came to me quick and well packed,

Great price but long delivery time

Compared to many other services I've used it was a reasonably long delivery time, in fact it was a number of days before my order was processed.
Otherwise great price and so far I'm happy with my purchase.

Competitive prices

I was in doubt about ordering from this webshop. Even with the mixed reviews here I decided to order two B+W filters from Foto Erhardt. It's also a reseller on Amazon but I prefer to order directly, also because the prices were even more competitive. Ordering was easy and it was shipped the next day. I live in the Netherlands and received the package from DHL within a week. The filters were genuine and no problem, I'm happy with the purchase.

Fast delivery to other EU countries, good prices. 100% recommended and I would use them again

I found this company for searching the best prices for my lens in EU. I would recommend this company 100%. I phoned them to check if the item was in stock and how many days it will take to deliver to different EU country as I needed the item to be delivered to Lithuania as soon as possible, i was told it will take 5 days but my item came even faster. Prices was better than on Amazon. Delivery was very fast. Highly recommended.

Ordered a camera and lens. Very fast delivery and great service. I was one day late for a special offer that was on the website, but was granted that offer anyhow. Would absolutely order again. Also super happy with my camera.

Horrible customer service and super…

Horrible customer service and super peasant and unprofessional company.

I've emailed emailed them about changing the billing adresse right after the purchase, that they did not care at all - even though they red my email.

Now after it has been delivered they said:

Sorry, the item has been dispatched, so we can't change it.

Previously opened Zeiss

I happily ordered a new Zeiss Conquest Gavia which was on Special offer @€1,545 + accessories.

It was shipped quickly to Ireland but I was a little disappointed to see on the tracking that it had to be repackaged by DHL!
I received the box fully intact with inner filling & items included.

I was somewhat disappointed when I received the item that it had previously been opened and the plastic wrapping (bag) was scruffy looking, and the box outer sleeve card had a 1" tear & one of the two foam pads in the box was detached from the cover.
The scope seems to be okay (it was evening time).
Just not a wow feeling.
