Meals take around 45 minutes from start to finish and the variety of flavours and ingredients will satisfy the most picky of eaters.

I’ve tried all the meal prep companies out there, and nothing comes close to Fresh Prep. I love their reduced packaging, very reliable and communicative delivery, 10/10 flavors in every mean, high quality ingredients, and portions that actually leave my family full and satisfied.

The recipes are fantastic. 3 nights a week it feels like we're going out to a restaurant with how great quality the food is.

I love that fresh prep uses local produce and meats. That's probably the reason I signed up with them instead of others.

The delivery system is flawless , never had any issues at all! And the text message with the delivery time is so handy.

I have been using Fresh Prep for a few weeks now and I have to say it is a fantastic service. The food is likely the best out of all the services I have tried and I find that less prep is involved with the dishes and the flavours are always unique. We have encountered a few delivery issues, but Fresh Prep customer service is always amazing and assists whenever they can. I have and will continue to recommend Fresh Prep.

Most meals are really good and easy to prepare. Deliveries are always reliable. My recent order the spinach and goat cheese quiche was delicious. I got my son the crepes as he does not like eggs. The crepes were not good and had a bad after taste. He could not eat them. I have liked the majority of meals I have ordered. It has my kids being more adventurous to try things too and to cook with me.

We have only been customers for two months but so far, we have loved the variety of recipes, clear instructions and freshness of the food. We've liked every recipe we've tried. And the best part is we don't have to ask ourselves "What's for dinner?" We find we're not spending any more on groceries than before and we're making fewer trips to the store. And nothing goes to the landfill!

The delivery app first said that the driver had one more stop before delivering to us. Expected delivery time was to be 1:35 p.m. At 5:15 p.m. there was still no delivery. My husband phoned the number provided in the most recent text and was assured by a person that delivery would be at 5:35. Actual delivery was at 6:50 p.m. We plan to cancel our planned orders.

I've tried about 4 different food companies but this one stands out above the crowd. My major qualm has always been packaging which Fresh Prep has solved. Next is minimum order quantity, Fresh Prep allows for smaller orders. Then there is that "signature" taste that make a company's recipes resemble each other after a while. Well, so far Fresh Prep hasn't fallen into that trap either. Unique, interesting and a wide variety of grown-up flavours. Hope you keep it up!

Love the environmental safer packaging! Love the variety of food! Love the explicit, step-by step instructions. Having some issues (and therefore overcooking some food) with differing definitions of "medium high" etc. Was not keen on recently having to make the goat cheese and parsley "balls". Couldn't have sprinkled goat cheese worked as well?

Good recipes for the most part, however some ingredients are consistently not good quality:

- cut mango - does not last at all, if not used on the same day, you need a different system for mango.

- green onions& chives always brown

- tomatoes & avocado are ALWAYS hard

Good variety and easy recipes. Only draw back is that some produce occasionally isn't in good shape (especially avocadoes).

There are so many things great about FreshPrep. The produce is always fresh and the meat is nice. The meat portions are not massive, but they’ve always been enough to fill us, and I’d much rather have a slightly smaller portion of quality meat than a large portion of not-great meat. I absolutely love the zero-waste nature of the packaging. I’m obsessed with the hard plastic containers they usually pack stuff in, that generally contains all your ingredients besides meat and then you just have to rinse them and put them back! So easy! With certain meals, sometimes there is a lot of soft plastic packaging which I don’t love - I definitely prefer the hard plastic containers - but they do offer that you can rinse your soft plastics and return them as well, which I will start doing. The soft plastic packaging sometimes has stickers on it to say what it is, which is great, because sometimes spice mixes look very similar. When there are no stickers, we have accidentally mixed up the spices a few times, so the stickers are really appreciated!! Every recipe we have made, we have enjoyed. They’re either good/tasty, or REALLY delicious! I love the flexibility, too - being able to adjust how many meals/servings we get each week is extremely helpful since my work life can be somewhat unpredictable, needing to travel for work on fairly short notice sometimes. Some weeks we may only be interested in two of the available meals so we can adjust our selections for that as well, but they have tons of options every single week. And - you can pause for a week, too, if you’re travelling or not home! I will say, the recipe cards usually say 30-40 min for time, but it usually takes me about an hour from pulling ingredients out to eating, but I’m quite slow and methodical with my cooking 😂 I’m really enjoying being able to cook restaurant-quality meals at home without having any food waste, and I’ve priced out how much it would cost me to buy all the ingredients at the store, and it’s far more economical to do it this way and then not have any food waste. I’ve also now seen they’re adding some grocery options that you can select on your orders which is also helpful! All in all I’m really impressed. We had tried other meal prep/delivery options before and were never very impressed. And - with FreshPrep you earn points on orders that eventually add up to save some $$ on a future order! FreshPrep has exceeded our expectations and we love that it’s a local company!

They're the best! Gourmet recipes, big portions, great variety, fairly sustainable packaging. I've tried at least four meal prep services and they're by far the best. I've been a customer for at least 6 years. They also don't have the sleazy practice of pestering people to the end of time to re-subscribe. They do everything well.

We've been ordering Fresh Prep for a little over a month now, and we are very happy with our decision to choose Fresh Prep. Meals are very tasty, decent sized portions, ingredients are fresh, minimal waste, and we get to try something new each week. In the past month, we've enjoyed flavorful meals including veggie options, fish, lamb, shrimp, chicken, and beef. I love the Sunday delivery option for my area!

We tried two recipes, tossed the third in the trash and then cancelled. The produce was rotten (black and slimy). The shrimp and the onion had also gone off and something we ate gave us gastrointestinal problems. Upon cancelling ("pausing", they won't let you actually cancel) we received a threatening email from Fresh Prep customer service. All in all, a big mistake!
