Future Broadband (FBB) is a quality Perth-based ISP that delivers a range of NBN plans suitable for any type of user. We have been customers for 3.5 years and like other customers, have found the connection reliable, stable and consistent. A static IP is included for free. Customer support, while rarely needed, is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I find live chat the easiest way to communicate with them. No wait times and quick resolution of any issues.
If you don't need unlimited quota, FBB gives you the choice of opting for a databanking plan with generous quota and signup bonus of 3500GB. This allows the discerning customer to save some money. Setup is $35 but this can be offset by using a referral code from a current customer. A referral code will get you $35 off your first invoice plus an additional 1000GB bonus for your data bank.
FBB will give you a business-grade connection (AAPT/TPG's IP-Line) at residential prices, competitive with other premium ISPs such as Aussie Broadband or Superloop.
I highly recommend this small ISP, particularly if you live in WA (support hours are in WA time). Great value for money.
