Delivered fast!

They delivered on time, much faster than I expected. It's a shame the Dundee branch closed and now my only means of ordering are through online, but at least they deliver very quick!

Ordered a lego kit for my daughter for…

Ordered a lego kit for my daughter for Christmas.

GAME was the only store with the item in stock and promised fast delivery, which was great.

The delivery was even faster than expected, however the delivery driver placed the package in our parcel box without attempting to ring or knock.

Unlike other suppliers GAME do not appear to send an update when the item is delivered, so we were unaware that the package had arrived.

The box of the kit itself was slightly damaged. Not enough to ask for a return, but I certainly wouldn't have picked this box off the shelf myself.

The external packing has Lego branding, so I am not sure whether the damage would have been visible to the supplier (it is not clear whether this is GAME itself or a third party supplier).

Given the number of reviews mentioning damaged packaging, GAME should review its courier arrangements.

Price was good, delivery partner wasn't!

My game order was delayed. The Evri tracking app was no help, neither was the "chat" I did with the Game Agent.
The actual guy who delivered the item was fine (he's our usual Evri driver). Happy with the price I paid, however, the service received from Game wasn't to a standard I find acceptable!

Lost order

Ordered game in mid November delivery was 7 days. 2 weeks later nothing contacted customer support told delivery was longer as very busy week later nothing contacted customer support again they sent back same email again. Week later still nothing then told order was lost had to re order got it 7 days later

Failed delivery window but excellent customer service

I paid £9.99 for next day delivery and Game failed with their delivery expectations and my parcel was actually sent to the courier 2 days after purchase. The reason for 4 stars is the customer service agent that I spoke to was so apologetic and refunded my delivery cost. It would not put me off from ordering from Game again.

Order from Game expect damage

Ordered a product for Christmas, came today and the box of product was all crushed at one end, only packaged in a plastic bag, terrible service, can’t contact anyone as all automated replies on their site. Won’t be buying anything from GAME again, maybe they should close and do us a favour, pathetic company

Buying online

I got my daughter to do this transaction for me. Once I watched her doing it I saw how easy it was. A very quick service as I ordered 4 £40.00 xbox live vouchers for my grandchildren. It came through very quickly.

Your delivery was terrible even tho Christmas post and I had no chance with your delivery procedure as couldn’t get an answer to my question for help as made so difficult to just accept my question about my item. Stress I didn’t need. 2/10

I waited over two weeks and the package…

I waited over two weeks and the package never arrived, only when I called did the team realise that it had never left the warehouse. This should have been picked up without me having to ring customer services to prompt them. In recompense I was sent a 20% off voucher for my next purchase but I’ll likely not be using it as I’ve never had this issue with the other game providers I usually buy off.

Battery pack.

Battery pack Ordered in October was in contact 4 times they told me it was delivered everytime I asked and the order came last week,went to argos bought a new series x white will never use them again after 20 odd years.

Order was extremely late

Order was extremely late. Also didn’t take the money until 2 weeks after I ordered so keep an eye on that because it caught me out 🙄 as soon as I sent an email asking where my parcel was, it suddenly got dispatched

The delivery service is extremely poor

The delivery service is extremely poor. I placed my order on the 16th December but it still has not arrived and it is now 26th December with no sign that it will arrive soon.

No items received

Ordered two items at the beginning of December and still haven’t received either of them.

Unable to cancel to buy from elsewhere as company policy doesn’t not allow this.

Cannot contact an actual human being to discuss my missing order and have simply been left in limbo wondering if my items will ever arrive.

Will never buy from Game again!

Processing time needs to be reduced

Processing time needs to be reduced, when someone pays for next day l, they expect next day not 3 days later, so when someone calls about it they expect someone to answer and to refund postage costs

The game arrived quickly

The game arrived quickly and well packaged. i looks in very good condition, but it is a gift so will not know if it works until it is played. It looks like new.
