Great Phone

The initial shipping seemed like a long time, in our instant gratification world, but it basically was ordered Saturday and made it to me in a week, not getting processed and shipped for a couple days. This phone is in great condition for being called “fair.” I can’t speak for all devices sold by Gazelle, but this one came with above 90% battery life with minor scratches. It’s basically like new.

Excited for my iPhone 15 pro max with more memory than necessary (1TB). Thanks Gazelle!

Offer lowered

Offer was lowered by $50 because of supposed scratches on iPhone 12Pro - I asked for pics because I removed the screen protector and case and know there were no scratches. Also said phone was different than what I said was sending back - not true. Also said phone was not holding charge - also not true, never had an issue with it charging when I had it. Would not use again

Phone came in excellent condition

Phone came in excellent condition. The instructions by Gazelle were really helpful for someone who is not used to purchasing a used phone. They seem to be a great company to work with.

It's been 11 days since placing the…

It's been 11 days since placing the order. Still no phone. Customer service rep told me 3 days ago they were trying to get it shipped that day. I have purchased from you before with excellent results. Not so much this time.

I received my iPhone 13 Pro from you…

I received my iPhone 13 Pro from you yesterday. Shipping was a bit slow, but I think that was due to the unusual snowstorms in the south and not your fault. The phone was actually in excellent condition, which was much better than I expected. I was easily able to transfer all my Apps and data from my old iPhone to this one and all in all it was a very satisfying transaction.

Your offer will be lower

On their site it states shipments are delayed because of weather. They lowered their offer because it was late - well I mailed it in time I was delayed for the exact reason your site said - weather. They also lowered their offer because of scratch’s. There isn’t a single scratch anywhere. Had always had a screen protector and case. The lowered amount wasn’t extremely low but makes me feel distrust of their practices. Really disheartened they aren’t more fair.

Order was not moving to USPS I was…

Order was not moving to USPS I was instructed to fill out a list affidavit, received, filled out, sent back no response for 4 days. Decided to reorder, really needed phone, reordered. Called to see if affidavit was received and first order cancelled. First order had moved and was one day to delivery. Was told second order placed 5 hrs same day could not be cancelled. Returning first order.

I bought an iPhone 11 last January 16…

I bought an iPhone 11 last January 16 until now I haven’t received it ,payment has been deducted on the same day. I thought I can use outside the country on my vacation but unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time.I tracked the package still moving on next facility since January 21 ,ver disappointed for the service.

Purchased a 15 Pro Max shows excellent condition and it’s passed all my expectations not a scratching anywhere. I did an issue with the previous order. They fixed it and provided me with a code to get free shipping. I would most definitely use them again for future purchases.

Series 7 IPad Lost in Warehouse

I sent in a series IPad series 7 several months ago. I used the box that they sent, followed all of the instructions and packed it well. It was an older model, but in perfect condition. I never received payment. I called this morning and spoke with a customer service rep and supervisor. I was given a case #. They said that they received an empty box and admitted that the IPad was lost in the warehouse. Unless I have an IMEI number or serial number I will not get paid. They asked if I had the box it came in. The IPad was approximately three years old. I don’t have any of these things. I contacted Apple and also looked in ICloud ,but was not able to find what they wanted. Horrible business practice!

Helping a Not for Profit organization

I was delighted to find a place that had options for me to purchase for a small not for profit. I needed 10 so had to order 8 and then 2 ..but all came thru fine and were used yesterday for the first time, thrilling the young children who used them

Very happy with the iPhone 14 that I got recently from Gazelle. The physical condition was very good as described and the setup was straightforward. It's quite an improvement from the iPhone 6s that it replaced.

Never received the phone I ordered and…

Never received the phone I ordered and was told I’d get a refund. Haven’t gotten the refund and have tried emailing and waiting on hold to speak with a manager. I have waited over 45 minutes and hung up on. On hold right now again and I’m now 15 minutes on hold. I don’t have all day to still on hold to resolve this simple refund.

Shipping delay

Idk what happened with this order but it’s taken way too long to ship and when I try to get an answer on why all people tell me it’s within the time frame but never have I had to wait 10 days for a phone to ship.

I purchased a phone that was shipped on…

I purchased a phone that was shipped on 1/10 and Today is 1/23 and I have not received tracking shows delayed for 7 days . I contacted Gazelle via chat 2 times asking for credit to purchase another phone and was told a supervisor would contact me still waiting . I am doing a charge back to dispute charge through my bank if I do not hear from Gazelle by 1/24
