Superb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We ordered a glass splashback for our new kitchen. Firstly we wanted a few samples which arrived very quickly and were only £1.00 each.
Easy to measure up following the online instructions.
Delivery took about 4 weeks due to it being bespoke.
Arrived very, very well packaged.
We also ordered a fixing kit and it was very straight forward to install.
Looks amazing!

Created a masterpiece
When refurbishing my bathroom, I don’t want the usual drab and boring grp or tiled bath surround. Found Genie splashbacks in Portsmouth who were inspiring, very helpful and attentive. The end result is nothing less than stunning and has really finished off the bathroom. Thank you I will be back for the next project!

Proper old fashioned helpful service.
Fantastic service, helpful knowledgable people who want to make sure your order is right. Order the low mod adhesive from them too. Pain to get elsewhere. Web site oredering doesn’t obviously point you to it, should be compulsory before you move on.

Quick delivery - poor tracking
Quick delivery - about 2 weeks, packed so well for transit it took me nearly an hour to unpack the panels (that's a good thing!).
However, TNT's tracking is poor. Showed 'Collecting' up to the morning of delivery, then went 'unavailable' , then straight to 'Delivering'. No projected delivery time...other delivery companies can do it, why not TNT?
The panels are the agreed colour, and size looks perfect.
Would definitely use Genie again.

What an excellent company! From the initial phone call to place our colour matched order, to supplying the most amazing panels. Sent securely and easy to fit, they really set off our new kitchen beautifully. If you’re considering acrylic Splashbacks, definitely use this company. Really pleased with the product
Really pleased with the product. Could be a little more prompt in replying to emails or returning calls, but overall very helpful and friendly.
Second delivery was sadly cut wrongly but was replaced without any fuss as soon as the error was pointed out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or their products.
Fair on price, and glass and acrylic panels were extremely well packed for delivery

Update since genie reply.
I had been told that splashback was being dispatched on monday to be delivered on tuesday. However this wasnt the case and was dispatched wednesday turning up on thursday at about 3.30pm after kitchen fitter had finished. If expected date of tuesday had been met this would have been fine.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we welcome all feedback. I am sorry that on this occasion you feel that we did not meet your expectations on service.
You placed your order on 29th May. As you are aware, we advise a 10-14 working day lead time for dispatch, making your dispatch day 19th June.
Your panels were dispatched on the 20th June. This is 1 day after the estimated dispatch time.
As you are aware, we manufacture everything in house. However, there was a problem with receiving the raw glass from our supplier. Once received, your order was progressed quicker to ensure we got as close to the dispatch time as possible.
I am sure that you understand that sometimes things can happen out of our control. This was one of these cases. However, we still believe that we provided a high quality, perfectly finished product that would be hard to replicate from any other company.
Furthermore, we believe that 1 day after the estimated dispatch day is not a sufficient delay to warrant compensation.

We are continuously looking for ways to improve our service. We are currently looking at systems and ways of informing customers of progress times, but as you can appreciate this is fairly difficult
We do advise an estimated dispatch date of 10 - 15 working days on numerous pages of the website. This is due to the processes of manufacturing the bespoke panels to your requirements. As you can image with items like this, there are lots of quality control tests at different stages of manufacture. It is difficult to give you an exact dispatch date until the panels have passed all of QC. The last thing we want to do is give you a dispatch date for the panels to not pass our QC testing.

Experience was positive and product…
Experience was positive and product good. Plenty of guidance given for install and measurement. I needed one panel that was not quite square and this was provided exactly as per my template. Slight issue with delivery, however this was resolved quickly to my satisfaction by Genie. My only criticism would be the courier that you use, there must be someone who better matches the standard of service you provide.

First class customer service and a great product
The customer service was first class from start to finish. After being let down by another acyrlic splashback company I ordered two samples from Genie but neither were what I wanted. I contacted them by email to ask if they could colour match which they were more than happy to do at no extra cost. Ordering was simple and Colin kept in contact throughout the process and always responded to any queries very quickly. When splashbacks arrived (quicker than expected too!) the colour was perfect and all the cutouts were correct so they were quick and easy to fit. They look far more expensive than they cost and I've had lots of positive comments. I can't recommend Genie enough.

-nimbus grey glass and acrylic splashbacks combination. Colour is perfect and items are well packaged. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it took 4 weeks before I received the items. However Sarah Childs (advisor) is very helpful and quick on replying with my emails.

Stunning results
I created my own splashback using a photo I took of stained glass, this was made into a 3 meter kitchen spashback in acrylic. I carefully measured the position and the holes for plugs were pre-cut. The company were extremely careful to ensure both the quality of the print and the measurements were perfect. My kitchen fitter was very impressed and everyone who has seen my kitchen is knocked out by how stunning and original it looks. Great value for money Highly recommended.

Beautiful, quality product.
Only criticism to be aware of is that it wasn't clear to us at the ordering stage that you have to leave 2mm either side of the panel for expansion, so we had to cut this off ourselves before installation.
It looks stunning though and we've had great feedback...

Product very good and easy to install.
Product very good and helps to be able to order exact size required.
Cutting out for power point is straight forward just take your time and measure carefully cut small to start with and enlarge later. Cutting straight edges to be avoided if possible as getting a similar level of cut quality to that genie can do is not at all easy.
Packaging was brilliant all edges cover and loads of bubble wrap and cardboard. Quick delivery just worth the wait for them to be made to order.

I haven't bought my splashbacks yet, but I certainly intend to! The samples I received look really nice - it's just deciding which colour at the moment! The customer service guy I spoke to was very helpful.
Just going to measure up now using the templates which you can download which seem to be very helpful.

Flying Barn Owl Splashback!
I was anxiously waiting the arrival of my splashback as I had had a problem with another local supplier for the same item. Really poor quality!
The ordering service with Genie Splashback had been excellent. The preview had been spot on too. The courier turned up with a huge trailer to deliver to my small culdesac and left with the goods was I disappointed. It was arranged for the following day and my contractor fitted it straight away.
My Flying Barn Owl Splashback looks fantastic. It’s stunning! I’m so thrilled. Excellent service! Would fully recommend Genie Splashbacks.

Excellent service And great product.
If the items ordered are made to measure the lead time is up to four weeks however the splashbacks and upstands arrived in under three weeks. Marked down one star as this was not really prominently displayed on the website until the order had been placed.
The items were exactly as ordered, the cutouts for sockets were perfectly sized (thanks to the phoned confirmation from a very helpful salesperson) and the quality very good.
We ordered the acrylic 5mm premium hard coated gloss finish and are delighted with the product.
