It’s a great service but not cheap

It’s a great service, reliable, fast etc. Mel was helpful and polite. However, they don’t get five stars because they know in rural areas they’ve got your custom and after the initial period, prices go way up. In other areas there is competition and competitive pricing. With gigaclear, after your initial contract period, you’re stuffed.

We have had no issue with Gigaclear

We have had no issue with Gigaclear
We are actually sad to leave, they do not have their network at our new home!
Mark was really helpful today and sorted our contract cancellation & with proof of address, no additional admin fees to cancel early.
As soon as they are at our new address, we will sign back up to them!

Cabling work from telegraph post to house


The engineers (Karan & Samuel M & Adrian B & Adrian A & Musa) completed the external cabling quickly and without any disruption to the road or household etc.
Ran the cable down the side of the house and made it as discrete as possible.
Super happy with a job well done and quickly.

Very happy

Fitters arrived on time, did what was required efficiently, politely and tidily. Service has been faultless from day 1. Help to set up home camera system was available via email a live chat. I'd recommend Gigaclear to anyone

Great service and internet

Was a little dubious at first as has never heard of Gigaclear but after reaching out to the neighbourhood where I was moving to, everyone said they were great as specialise in rural areas. The information on the website was extremely clear and simple to book in. Gigaclear kept to the appointments as promised with no issues. The engineers were pleasant and tidied up well after themselves. Internet is very fast and I'm very happy!

Customer for 12 years

Gigaclear have been my service providor for close to 12 years in 3 different properties. The reason I am still with them simple "it all works" yes there have been the odd issues and when the internet goes down its like the dishwasher or the AC not working in the car you realise you can't live without it. But generaly speaking Gigaclear fix there probems timely and efficiently.And there is actualy someone to talk to when you phone up who knows what there talking about. Renewing contracts for loyalty is usualy acheived via a discussion and yes prices do go up but there is allways a compromise to be agreed to. Thanks Chino for our chat looking forward to another 18 months.

Phone discussion re contract renewal price

It’s a pity that it’s Gigaclear’s company policy to quote a crazy price increase every 18 months - and so to put customers through the hassle of having to phone to push to maintain a reasonable price for its services.
However, the GC telesalesman Marcos handled my call (and the pressure that company policy meant I had to put him under) beautifully with good empathy, patience and humour. He’s a credit to the company and should go far.

Delighted with outcome of my contract…

Delighted with outcome of my contract renewal today!
Had a very helpful agent call me in reply to my email. He went through the options available to me and shorted me a very acceptable deal which I was happy to accept.
I didn't want to leave Gigaclear as the reliability of the service has been excellent over the last 3 years ( only one minor drop out in all that time) if you want a fast/reliable Internet gigaclear is the way to go!

Have had a good service from Gigaclear…

Have had a good service from Gigaclear over last eighteen months but needed to contact them to clear up confusion over their contract renewal notice, but ended up very satisfied with the outcome.
My phone call was answered very prompltly and Marcos was able to understand and resolve my concerns swiftly. All-in-all a pleasant experience.

No issues after 2 years

Been with Gigaclear for 2 years and can’t fault them. Had smooth installation experience and no issues since. Call today was to sort renewal and cancel phone line. Jessica was very helpful and sorted it easily.

Configuration issue quickly solved

A recent install had some issues with Network address translation on the Gigaclear side. The only solution is a static IP address. The call was picked up within a minute and the situation was handled within 5 minutes. Very efficient customer service from Lewis. it's my first experience with Gigaclear support and the early signs are very good. Given the poor state of customer support generally these days, it is nice to see a company take this seriously.

Can't access game lobbies on PS5

Mark called back - a good start. He knew what the answer to my issue was and put it into place straight away. So whoever took my message clearly did their job well too. He did say it would be at no extra cost - although, it should not be chargeable imo - but it couldn't come any cheaper, so no problem, obviously this is good sales technique.

Just had Gigaclear installed

Just had Gigaclear installed, Tyler, Tash and Oli were fantastic, friendly, professional and clearly knew what they were doing!
They had to lift block pavers to get the cables through, they cleaned up and put it all back like it never happened.

The swap to fibre has been seamless!
Highly recommend!!

Service outage restored!

We had a loss of service recently lasting a couple of days affecting several villages. I called up to enquire what was happening and spoke with a helpful individual. The engineers repaired what seemed like a pretty severe incident in very cold weather. I was grateful for Gigaclear keeping me updated and responding so swiftly. Please pass on my thanks to your team and the folks working outdoors to get me reconnected.

Contract renewal

Contract up for renewal with a large price hike. Spoke to Chino who was able to give me a much improved price. Also ported over my little used land line from another VOIP provider for a lesser fee, so happy days.

Great customer service

Came to end of minimum contract and spoke to customer services, Marcos. Not the usual faff that I’ve come to expect which usually drag of way longer than they ought to. Very happy and staying with Gigaclear. Service has been great with them. Very much recommend.

Our contract was due for renewal and we…

Our contract was due for renewal and we had been assured when we took out the original contract that the price would not increase if we renewed before the contract expired. The renewal price was over 80% more. I phoned to query and spoke with Liam who was extremely helpful. He was able to offer us a much better price which was more acceptable. I just worry about the people who don't query their renewal price

Lewis in GC renewals team is GREAT!!

GIGACLEAR customer Services is exceptional!! Always has been. I’ve just done my second renewal with them today, HAPPILY signing up for another 18 month contract. Lewis, my advisor- Was very helpful and professional. He’s given us a fantastic discount on our renewal. Definitely happy customers here :)

Amazing service from Gigaclear!

Amazing service from Gigaclear!
We phoned Gigaclear at about 4pm on Thursday having discovered that a roadworks crew had severed our cable. A team were outside our house before 9 the next morning and stayed for several hours to repair it. Thank you to Gigaclear, but most importantly thank you to Jay Price and John Lewis who worked in sub zero temperatures to get the job done before the road was to be re-tarmaced.
