Excellent service, good value, never let me down.

I have been using Green Flag for several years and cannot fault their service. The app works very well, keeping you updated on when the engineer will arrive - which has always been within one hour, for me. Call handlers are also very helpful and reassuring. Engineers are professional, friendly and get the job done quickly, without any fuss.

Super quick and easy today deal with

Forgot we even had breakdown cover, called and handler advised we did, asked what the problem was and sorted out a recovery company who were with us within an hour and sorted out the car within a few minutes. Brilliant customer service and we were kept updated every step of the way utilising the green flag app (but also received text message updates too).

Technician took us through a step by step of what he had done and what the issue was. He also advised us what we needed to speak to a garage about to ensure we didn’t have any further problems. Super satisfied with the process from beginning to end!

GreenFlag, Burrows Recovery and Motorbits save the day

I was parked in a car park in Lenton and my car refused to start. I rang GreenFlag who got someone from their local agents”Burrows Recovery Ltd” to me within 40 minutes. The extremely helpful man checked my battery, found it was completely flat ( 8 years old) and recommended I replace it via Mirabits ltd who arrived with a new battery in 15 minutes, their technician fitted it in 2 minutes. I was so impressed by the speed of service and the knowledge and skill of the technicians. Plus , most importantly, the very reasonable cost.

Excellent service

Myself and my husband was visiting a friend and on leaving the car wouldn't start. Rung Green Flag. The gentleman took necessary details, this was around 12 o'clock. They informed me that they were sending a local garage firm Richfords to help. They arrived around 1.15 sorted out the problem within a very short time. Excellent service by Green Flag and Richfords. Very efficient. 10 out of 10.

Excellent Breakdown Service

I was 200 miles away from home when the inside car blower ceased to function.
A technician was sent by Green Flag within the hour and the electrical fault rectified allowing me to make my return journey safely.
A really efficient and friendly service by all involved.

Outstanding service

I've used green flag many times over the years and they are outstanding in the service they provide.
Recently had to call them out, after an investigation I had to have a new battery installed, the whole process was fantastic from the initial call to the technician who attended and dealt with the breakdown.
Can't fault them.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Technician arrived within time slot. Did the fix very speedily and was very polite and customer oriented. Cannot fault the experience at all. Been a member for over 10 years and first time I have called Green Flag out. Will continue with them in the future.

What a 5 Star Service

What a service. Bradley the Green Flag mechanic was polite, cheerful and really helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved the issue. The service was simply outstanding. Thank you Brad and Green Flag. Five star service.

3 hour wait

After contacting Green flag for breakdown, we were told the mechanic would arrive in 1 hour 54 minutes. After 2 and half hours we called the sub contracted garage who said they were very busy and it's only an estimated time, then told it would be another 20 minutes. he turned up and said he had been sitting waiting, so hadn't been told there was a call, after we explained when we called green flag he then changed his answer to that of being busy. Thank goodness we were at home, as otherwise we would have been waiting god knows where, e.g. motorway, lane etc for 3 hours

On the 28th of December 24 ( Birthday)…

On the 28th of December 24 ( Birthday) I needed a recovery from Plymouth Marsh Mills to Kwick Fit Plymouth who misdiagnosed a faulty Alternator for a Battery after sending me away for the Monday morning for a replacement.
Came back as requested and the same warning light came on and they said it's fine don't worry, I said are you sure? I'm driving 200 miles on New Year's Day.

Anyway in summary Green Flag rescued me, took me home and also recovered again when my chosen garage was open on the 3rd of January 25.

Amazing service

Amazing service. The green flag app is really easy to use for a rescue. Great customer service and very timely. They use trusted technicians. Will definitely be renewing my policy with them. I now feel safe if I ever breakdown on my own, knowing they will come to my rescue quickly.

Car broke down on a Sunday afternoon

Car broke down on a Sunday afternoon. I called greenflag who took my details and advised me who would attend. The Technician rang to give an ETA and arrived within an hour. Can't fault the service I received.

Green Flag’s app is easy to use. I was updated about mechanic’s arrival time regularly. Mechanic was efficient, thorough, solved the problem. Gold standard of breakdown services.

Green Flag were great

Green Flag were great! Right from the initial ‘phone call to the mechanic arriving I was kept informed of everything and the problem was sorted out very quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Unbelievable

Unbelievable
3 hours still waiting no updates nothing
After calling again recieved a text from 911 saying 30 mins
I'm 100% that's the 1st contact they have had with Greenflag
Recovery company is a bold statement ..
Do not join they don't care at all
The only good thing to come from this is ill never use them again

Top class roadside assistance

I received top class roadside assistance from Green Flag when my car broke down. Green Flag kept me informed via the App, with updates of how long it would take their technician to reach me. He arrived in an hour and 20 mins of my breakdown call out. The technician made various checks and diagnosed the problem with my car, and because it wasn't possible to fix my car by the roadside, I was towed to the garage of my choice.

Second time we have used Green Flag on…

Second time we have used Green Flag on a call out, each time has been easy to contact them via either app or telephone. Each time, arrival time has changed from original estimation. Fault has been rectified on-site on both occasions, so well done. Overall very happy with the experience.

Very happy with app simplicity and efficiency.

Was far to long
Over 5 hours stranded in -3 degrees was way to long
Luckily recovery of job before mine was cancelled so came to me earlier
