Fantastic customer service with Hillary's

Had such a great experience with Hillary's. Our advisor was Ted Barnett (advisor number 118182) who was fantastic throughout. I was initially struggling to decide between blinds or curtains and Ted was able to go through which would be the better choice for us, and the different styles we could opt for. He was extremely thorough in his work and we are delighted with the end result. Really great customer service and wouldn't hesitate to use Hillary's again,

Fitter was helpful and positive

Smart modern venetian blinds were chosen and fitted efficiently by a very cheerful and helpful fitter. He even looked at another window in the house and gave us advice on choosing a blind for this window too. He was helpful without trying hard sell.

New Blinds, good experience

The process went well from start to finish from the initial appointment with Jo to choose the blinds, through to the survey and fitting with Nigel/ Advisor GIGGLE
The fitting process went well and everything was left clean and tidy, we are very happy with the blinds

Emma was on time very friendly and…

Emma was on time very friendly and polite explained everything in a very good way and I felt no pressure to proceed also came with lots of samples to choose from again I didn’t feel pressured
I did go ahead and ordered a Roman blind I can highly recommend Hillary’s

The voile curtains look great

The voile curtains ordered, made and delivered give me just the look I wanted. The advisor (reference "Rachael Advisor Betty118331") was very efficient, got on with the job of measuring up and when ready fitted the curtains really well.

i contacted hilarys for a quote for…

i contacted hilarys for a quote for wooden blinds, an appointment was made and a nice gentleman called Steven came out, he was very professional and helpful he measured up and showed me all the different types. i choose my blinds and they took a few week to come and be fitted i am so pleased with whole experience. thank you Steven.

Fantastic quality

Fantastic quality. Simon Chappel visited us, went through and explained the range for us, then measured up and quoted us there and then.
We ordered same day and Simon returned 6 weeks later and installed all the blinds and curtains for us.
Excellent service.
Excellent quality fabric and perfect fit blind technology.
Highly recommended!

NIGEL advisor GIGGLE

Nigel(GIGGLE) introduced himself before entering my bungalow. After having a chat about what I required Nigel got straight on and measured my windows whilst I looked through the samples, I chose what patterns I wanted and was given a price, a date for them to be fitted.
They were fitted and was very pleased.
I needed some adjustments to one of my blinds. Nigel gave me a date and time and was updated on his arriving adjustments done within minutes. He made me very comfortable with being only person in property. Very courteous.. very pleased

Excellent service again from Hilary’s

Excellent service again from Hilary’s. The salesman John Baker and fitter Jack Bajwa were super helpful. The communication was great, efficient and trouble free. Jack has done a lovely job of fitting our latest shutters which we are really happy with. Thank you. Recommending to family and friends.

Good fitting, issues dealt with well

Advisor 118849, Good fitting, couple of issues but they were dealt with quite well and as quickly as possible given it was over Christmas. Communication was good and quick too.

Fitting of my new Curtains

Tony came and fitted my new curtains and curtain poles on two occasion. The second time was after I changed my mind about the colour of the curtain poles. He was very tidy, polite and did the job in a very professional manner. The result was as good as I hoped and expected. I would have no trouble in recommending Tony and Hillarys.

Excellent service

Communication from Matt was excellent, he gave good advice as I wasn't sure which window treatment I wanted, and fitted the blinds in about 20 mins. He arrived when he said he would and all in all, it was an excellent service.

Expensive and underwhelming!

Roller blinds as expected as I don't really think you can go wrong with those, but the roman blinds are very disappointing. When down they look like I've hung some old rags up at the windows and when I pull them up they have to be teased into position to prevent them creasing in the wrong positions. I will definitely go back to using a smaller business next time.

Had a Venetian blind fitted yesterday

Had a Venetian blind fitted yesterday. Have already had 4 blinds fitted by Hillary’s. Can highly recommend them. The advisors name isTrivia. He was excellent.
