Homebase in Bromsgrove has room for improvement. While their website showed availability for chime bells, there were none when I tried to click and collect. Luckily, I was notified before traveling, but I hope the refund process is smooth. Staff like Jake and David were excellent, providing attentive service, but product quality like the storage trays was disappointing, making some purchases feel like a waste of money. More staff to assist with loading larger items would also enhance the experience.
