I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company. 2 months ago, my Internet went down, like most people connection is vital due to work. No calls returned and had to chase them all day. My Internet went down again on Christmas day. Tried to contact them boxing day, no accurate opening times or responses. We have no connection, kids can't play with any new devices and I've been unable to video call loved ones. Really wish I hadn't been talked into switching with Hometelecom. I will be leaving as soon as possible.

Dave made it fun

Dave was very fun, he went through everything and explained it well, making what I thought would've been complicated quite easy and simple for a first-time renter.

Very charismatic, he had a personality, felt like someone who enjoyed their job not someone who's just there to get money.

I had the pleasure of a phone call from…

I had the pleasure of a phone call from Raj today. I am moving home after Christmas and he helped by talking me through things that the lettings company do to help with the move. For example searching for best broadband, utilities and links so I could notify council etc. I found this very helpful. Thank you Raj.

5* for Jordan

Had a great experience with Jordan this morning. After owning for a number of years I am moving into a rental property again and had no idea how to sort my utilities. He sorted everything for me in less than 30 minutes and it's made the move significantly less stressful knowing that it's all ready for me moving in.

Had been battling with internet…

Had been battling with internet connection for nearly 2 weeks.
Vince came to the rescue, explained how to power down on the invisible 'status and wireless on/off buttons' on the router and the benefits of clearing cache by logging off sites rather than just exiting the link. After days of frustration around work and child, made my day. 😊

Got a discount with Home Telecom

I had a nice experience with Laura of Home Telecom, she was quite helpful, honest, willing to give me the best deal due to the recent changes in their service.

I was initially planning to exit due to the recent price change and upgrade to higher broadband but we had a negotiation and I got a discount.

Easy to organise utilities billing

Ryan was very helpful in getting me information on what bills I can expect for my utilities when I move, setting up the direct debit with the current provider and organising a smart meter for the property. He went through the full process, and made it very simple to sort out, taking a lot of the effort of moving out from me.

Poor everything

Very poor service. Nothing but issues, left us without internet for two weeks only for them to have incorrectly booked the installation date. Failed to send us our router on time which meant further delay, only for the router to incompatible and needing to send out another which delayed things another two days. The internet line was then falsely disconnected instead of our old property which has left two people who are disabled and work from home without internet over Christmas. Well done for making the holidays sh!t.

Great customer service and super helpful!

Had a phone call with Kebbis earlier today to help me set up my gas and broadband ect… he was lovely and supper helpful, this is my first time setting these services up and he was more than helpful and very patient with me, thanks again!

I had some issues with payment credit…

I had some issues with payment credit and my internet service was suspended.
I am so thankful to Isabel Kemp ,she had not only helped to arrange to resume the service but also she proactively coordinated with credit
control team to remove the late pay charges which was add as an errored billing.
Isabel Kemp is really a star in customer support team of Home telecom.

Home telecom, waste of money!

Apparently linked with Muuvo even the number on Muuvo is home telecom when you dial it. Anyways load of rubbish, had go live date booked, engineer said he was on site but over an hour passed and he never showed. Now I'm sure I will have to battle to prove he never showed and that I didn't miss him or pay £150 penalty, well don't worry I will be invoicing for a days loss of earnings having to wait for nothing! Still no Internet and doubtful now that. I will get it befgore Christmas as now the 20th
