I've been with Inspire for just over…

I've been with Inspire for just over two years now, and I can honestly say they truly value their existing customers. The new rewards program is a fantastic addition, and having 24-hour support gives me peace of mind knowing help is always available if needed.

Inspire have been able to resolve a…

Inspire have been able to resolve a seriously stressful situation brought about by misunderstanding of a family member who managed to sign up to two networks. Call Handler Megan has kept in regular contact and been with us to ease the stress every step of the way.

The people I spoke with/exchanged…

The people I spoke with/exchanged emails, where helpful and gave clear advice. I'm old and disabled and, for me, the technology and systems used can be very confusing. They helped me through these.

Great customer service

Megan contacted us to warn us of some extra charges on mum's phone bill, this enabled us to contact the offending company and stop any further excessive charges.

internet/phone was down

internet/phone was down , problem was very quickly sorted out . Josh was extremely helpful and polite , keeping us informed and advising all the way , very please with the service , keep up the good work

We had an issue with our latest bill…

We had an issue with our latest bill which needed an explanation. I spoke to a guy whose name i didn't catch who very patiently explained the numbers. All was resolved and I was satisfied that the query was sorted out easily.

Inspire Telecom are totally…

Inspire Telecom are totally customer-focused. They are helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them to try to sort out any problems I may have - always cheerfully. I am over 80 but don't ever feel talked down to" as often happens with my age group Thank you to Inspire for your kindness and helpfulness always.

Review of invoices and payments.

Inspire Telecom have been providing my internet access for a couple of years now. I have always found their help desk very competent and easy to access (no long waits). Last week I was reviewing my invoices from them and I called them as there were a couple of things that I did not understand. They then undertook to do a complete review of all of my invoices and payments going back over the last year. This took a couple of days (over a weekend) and they then provided a very thorough breakdown and explanation of everything. This completely answered all of my queries. So full marks to them for being so thorough and helpful.

Received new router, phone line wouldn’t work after setting up, very helpful member of staff josh talked me through what to do no hassle

Open Reach and our land line

Megan Kinzett went out her way to get Open Reach to sort out our land line back on after they had been "working" in our area.
She kept us in constant updates and didn't let up on Open Reach until we did get our landline back after a couple of days with a dead phone !

The customer service I received was excellent.

From my initial enquiry to "going live" the people I dealt with were professional, efficient and courteous in their approach.
A minor hitch was dealt with promptly without any problem.

Phone line not working

Phone line not working, simple phone call, taken through the options and warned of possible cost if fault was on the householder side, offered a solution to help if there was a cost however speedily resolved once reported to OpenReach.
So helpful, so personal as I felt I was being treated as a person rather than a unit. Well done, a credit to this company.

Great patience and knowledge

A company who shows great patience and resolve for us, we aren't very technical, my parents called very flustered as their broadband and care line stopped working when they got new phones. It seems they may have muddled up the setup when changing them. They spoke to Sam who walked them through getting the line and broadband working and kindly advised to contact the council immediately as the care line seemed to be faulty. He even followed up with them to make sure they were okay and again stressed the need to call the care line provider.

A very personal touch to them which Inspire weren't obligated to do. Definitely an inspiring company and a breathe of fresh air.

We now have full service on our hub…

We now have full service on our hub including the landlines. Ryan did a wonderful job in getting our old number back but also keeping us informed Well done

My transfer from BT is frought with…

My transfer from BT is frought with problems. I'm constantly being harassed by BT, my credit score has halved as a result of cancelling with them & my broadband is worse than before. Despite reassurance from Inspire, I regret the day I answered their call.

Staff who are anxious to deliver a good service

Very easy to deal with staff in Inspire. Set out clearly the terms associated with the Account. No hidden agenda and open about the level of service offered. Had occasion in year 1 when the land line had failed. When contacted Inspire informed me of what action they proposed and true to their word my line was restored within days via their contact with, line Providers, BT. Kept me informed throughout the process.
