After being frustrated by several other water companies, we finally decided to take our friend's advice and contacted Intelligent Business Water. What a difference! The online portal was easy to use. Lesley called less than an hour later with all the information we needed. She followed up quickly via email and when we mentioned we had a lower quote from a competitor, she offered us a better deal. She was friendly, informative and thorough without being pushy. We couldn't ask for more!

On Tuesday 9/4/24 I was looking to change water company covering my Lawn Bowling Club. One of the companies to contact myself was Intelligent Business Water, the sales person Lesley was first class. She provided all information I required and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. On our second call to finalise matters she diligently took time to ensure I was satisfied and took the decision to change.
