We made several purchases for sleepers, soil and equipment, sometimes 1st thing in the morning. All were delivered same day. All the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

Driver was on time and helpful regarding placing of load.
Would have given 5 stars but cement bag was placed inside bulk bag along with granite blocks - bag was punctured, could have been avoided if bag had gone on the pallet also delivered.

Excellent quality fence panels and posts, plus other related materials to replace my garden fence damaged by the strongs winds a couple of weeks ago. I made my order online, was delivered straight away, and had a great follow-up from Kebur.

An easy experience from my on-line order to booking the drop off. A friendly delivery driver phoned to ensure he dropped the order off in the correct place. An excellent service all round. I would highly recommend Keber.

I had spent a few days trying to find a particular item. I finally discovered Kebur, and made an initial enquiry by email, which was answered within an hour. My following 2 email were likewise quickly and politely answered. I went into their shop today and was met by friendly and helpful staff who solved my problem and will deliver the product exactly when I need it. So much to like! Great shop, great staff - a special shout out to Gary on emails.

My order was delivered on time and I was more than happy with the product and the price. However, the delivery unfortunately caused some minor damage to my property, but when I complained I was massively impressed and very satisfied with how Kebur dealt with the situation.

Staff very helpful and understanding to an 80 year old customer who needed available choices explained for a garden project.Also a broken slab made on delivery was replaced the next day without any fuss.Good supplier have used before as well

Delivery time estimate wasn’t quite accurate but wasn’t a big deal. The man who delivered was friendly and super helpful and was happy to carry our 5 new fence panels around to out back gate. The panels were significantly better quality for only a few extra pounds per panel compared to other places we looked at first and also had a greater choice of panel sizes. Thank you!

Purchased this item to replace a rotten arch which was beyond repair. Item delivered within 2 days, has now had 2 coats of treatment. Next job put it all together and install. Job done.
I have used Kebur a lot over many years and have never been let down.

Novice at building, not in the trade, but have a rough idea of what I am doing. Staff in the shop were really friendly and helpful, I went along with a rough idea what I needed and they helped with quantities etc, gave advice on cutting different, slabs and stones I was using, all very good.
Delivery was quick and helpful, some of the tiles that were delivered had blemishes on that I didn't want to accept and the guys exchanged without any fuss, delivering them the very next day.
All in all a great service and from my scouring the prices are competitive compared to a lot, and even cheaper than some of the bigger branded suppliers (I wont mention names) which surprised me.

Easy to order online. Prices competitive having spent a bit of time searching around local merchants. One tonne of good quality loose gravel delivered as ordered - very helpful driver in terms of exactly where to tip it. I did have to phone the morning of the delivery to get a rough ETA - it would have been good to get that automatically.But having been told it would be "late morning" he turned up at 1120 am so that was fine. We've used Kebur before, they are a good, reliable, reputable outfit.

Great customer service, helpful staff from ordering to delivery. It was easy to place order with helpful advice. Delivery was fast and great care was taken with my property when delivering. I purchased 2,1 ton bags of Cotswold stone chips and happy with the quality and color.
