Recently bought a O’Neil Mutant wetsuit. Phoned shop to ask a question quickly answered question and provide a good discount.Smooth easy and fast excellent customer service with very competitive pricing.

I ordered this product on the 23rd of December 2024 and it arrived 17 days later on the 9th of January 2025. I appreciate that this was over the Christmas period, but that is no excuse.

KoW offers great products at reasonable prices. They're also very knowledgeable. I can't really fault them apart from a couple of times, the products have been delivered a day or two late after I've paid for express delivery.

KOW is excellent. They dispatched my order instantly. When troubles occurred with UPS, KOW responded quickly and gave me helpful advice.

Purchased a new ride engine momentum harness from king of Watersports at the end of last year. Great price and quick delivery. Very pleased with overall quality of the product and it’s a sleek well thought out design. No more constantly adjusting for size before each session. Once you have set it up you just clip in and out directly from the spreader bar which doesn’t affect the main settings.
Comfortable fit and very lightweight harness.

The delivery speed of these guys is unmatched. I bought kites, boards and many other things and always got them home literally one or two days after confirming the order.
I also want to praise the repair shop. I recently sent them a kite which had a leak and was still under warranty. They fixed the leak in two days and my kite was back before the wind had even time pick up! When the wind did pick up I had a big session bashing my kite around pretty hard and the repair held amazingly well. I couldn't be happier with these guys and will continue to buy from them in the future. In fact I've already got my eyes on lovely Naish pivot and I'm very close to pressing that 'buy' button haha

I cannot fault KoW - very helpful and informative ahead of my purchase (mine and my girlfriend’s first iSUPs). Our delivery arrived next day I think, so that’s really excellent service. I had a follow up question for them, and they answered that right away too.
Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again, and almost certainly will…already tempted by a sneaky paddle upgrade :)

Excellent service by Charlie and the team, we’ve purchased loads of kiting equipment there, wetsuits, impact vests, harnesses and many gadgets - delivery was super quick and no problem at all if we needed change sizes etc. Charlie was extremely helpful and got back to us in no time when we had many questions and queries. Highly recommend!!

Bought a Slingwing V2 6.4m wing. Arrived within 2 days which was a very pleasant surprise. King of Watersports have been my go too since buying my first SUP foil from them. Excellent service-good prices-good range-& importantly to me is the web site is very user friendly (products are easy to find, up to date, priced, the site just flows in a common sense way).

The team at KOW were super friendly and prompt in answering my queries. I was visiting UK from Singapore and had queries on buying a Wingfoil board and board bag, and had concerns on the sizing and fit. They answered my questions patiently. I also made an order and requested the order to be delivered when I was in the UK, which they helped to arrange. When I was in the UK, the order was dispatched and delivered within a day, with order updated along the way. Item arrived in well packed condition. Overall, a super pleasant experience and I would recommend them for your watersports need!
