I had a great experience with Jake who…

I had a great experience with Jake who was very understanding and very communicative in this process. The Lettings Hub application is really difficult and I wish there was proper guidance from the beginning. But I'm glad that once I got in touch with Jake, he was able to solve my issues swiftly.

Excellent Service!

I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with Marva today. I was feeling the frustration and anxiety of moving from one accommodation to another. And to compound matters, I was experiencing difficulties with a section of the Lettings Hub process, but Marva’s assistance was very professional and efficient. She went over and beyond to provide a solution, and now I am happy to say that I reside in a fantastic accommodation. Many thanks Marva

Alwasy friendly, quick to response to questions

Very easy and simple to use. Emails and updates about the progress in forms were quick and frequent. Submitting forms was again clear and great. I knew when they had been submitted.

The process was good, just found it a bit lengthy as most documents weee already shared before.
The form was straightforward and not complicated, so that was good.

Take your data to aggressively upsell

Lettings hub will take your data provided as part of tenant referencing to then aggressively upsell you insurance and other products. We received multiple unwanted calls and emails throughout the process some which were designed to seem like buying insurance as a necessary step in passing the tenant referencing. They have also denied our request to delete our data.

We can confirm that the only reason we would call tenants is if they have opted into our marketing which of course you can be removed from at anytime by just contacting us.

Totally useless

Totally useless, they will put your application in a pile and forget about it. Called them multiple times to no avail.

Its good but bit lengthy and tricky…

Its good but bit lengthy and tricky which is not understandable for everyone so please try to make it easy process and especially when people have already stressed because of house moving 🤗

Couldn't recommend Lettings Hub more!!!!

My experience with Lettings Hub has been great so far. I had the lovely Sam Parker for my 'onboarding' and she has been amazing from the beginning. So helpful and friendly, its a bit of a shame to move to a new account manager but I know I will be in great hands either way!
